Comfort Solutions did the original installation of my HV AC system. They come every 6 months for maintenance. They are thorough and professional and arrive as scheduled. They leave me a summary of what was done and answer any questions I may have. The cost of maintenance is reasonable.

I had central A/C installed March 2018. I was impressed that the salesperson, Greg, did a walk through of the plan with the project manager (PM). So often you never see the salesperson again. Then the PM came with a crew of 3 the day of installation. Installation went smooth. Price was great due to the time of year. They took care of registering my Carrier unit, besides pulling the permits and securing the electrician.

Everything went smoothly. Ryan seemed very detail-oriented, and was really professional. He explained things to me very well and did an excellent job. I’ve never had anything but a great experience with Comfort Solutions.

From the three or four companies I called Comfort Solutions was the only one that provided three options to compare without upselling anything. The system I ended up choosing (which was the one they recommended) ended up being better than recommended. It took a while for the system to be available with all the supply chain issues, but as soon as they got it, I had it installed. Would definitely recommend

Technician showed up on time but only stayed 20 minutes.
Comfort Solutions installed our system 3.5 years ago so it was time for a cleaning and tune up.
The burners were NOT cleaned which I believe is the critical part of the furnace.
I am very disappointed after the great job they did installing the unit.
Most other companies do include this service and for $170 I feel ripped off.

Purchased a new install that was completed timely and professionally. After install one of the new mini split units had an issue. I rec’d immediate response for service followed up by a second tech visit. It was determined the new unit was defective and was replaced quickly. No hassles ... everyone was very pleasant to work with and we will recommend them whenever the opportunity arrives.

Comfort Solutions really has their act together. The whole process of getting our new heat pump, from the initial estimate to the actual installation, was smooth and seamless. Their staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The repair specialist (Ryan) was very thorough in identifying the problem with our gas furnace. After the ordered replacement part (inducer) arrived, he returned and once again made a thorough check of my system to ensure that the problem identified was the inducer before he started to install it. He was able to quickly install the new part and then checked things out to make sure everything was now working correctly. Ryan is very personable and the next time we have a problem with our heating or AC system I will call Comfort Solutions and hope he will be the assigned specialist.

Comfort Solutions did an excellent job in installing a new AC for us. The technicians were very knowledgable and explained exactly what the process would be. They worked well together as a team and got the work done in less than a day. After they finished the installation, they explained everything they had done to get the unit installed and how to use the new thermostat. We were very pleased with the work and the installation. They were prompt to come to my house and provide an estimate, it was a fair price, and they provided guidance along the way. I wanted to replace a 20+ year old furnace and have new A/C installed. Had a great experience from start to finish with these guys. They were friendly, efficient, didn't push an upset and were able to schedule me within a week, had the products on hand, gave me a detailed quote, came to measure before hand, showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would, walked me through everything they did and even helped move some things for me. The whole job was done in a work day and I was very happy to have A/C by 3pm. Great job guys!

Comfort Solutions has a very skillfull and very personal group of guys who installed my AC unit and air infiltration. They did a great job adapting the space and specific needs for both units! They explained in detail actions that were required for installation. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or greater performance! They did it all and it looks great. I was given a full tutorial with each section, especially a demonstration of the new air filtration filter, maintenance of each, the outside AC unit, required new electrical outlet, flip switch box, and all the safety features. Wow, I feel really taken care of with the superb work and warranties. I am so glad my neighbor had done her homework and recommended this company. I highly recommend them!

They came out and serviced my furnace. The gentleman was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Even saved us some money. Also had them quote and install my a/c system. The crew that came out were amazing. The professionalism and craftsmanship were top notch. I would recommend them to anyone need heating and a/c work.
