Wonderful experience with this team from start to finish. Cait in the office was super knowledgeable about the product and install process and incredibly responsive for scheduling and questions. Danny was great in evaluating the property and what we needed and recommending how the install would go. The on-the-ground team did a great job installing quickly and leaving the site in good shape. Install was on-time (early even!) and Cait especially was really helpful in making sure the project was on track and done efficiently. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected and I'm super happy with how the project turned out. Would highly recommend!

Matt and Sarah were fantastic. Very helpful, gave us all the right information, and walked us through the process. They respect that this is a big investment for families and approach decision making through that lens. The follow-ups after to ensure everything is okay is much appreciated.

He also installed a new system at my commercial building and took the time to make sure everything was in place cleanly and precisely… He went above and beyond my expectations by fishing a new control line into the wall just so he would have peace of mind that the old wires wouldn’t cause trouble down the road.

of course, during the heat wave my heat pump quit! was referred to control tech, called and got an appointment quickly. the young man that came to fix it was so nice! told me my options, explained the expense, made me feel like i wasn't being ripped off. ordered the part and within 2 days i was feeling the cool again. i definitely recommend this company! ask for Danny :>).

I wanted to share an amazing experience we just had. We've got the hottest weekend of the year and of course our home's AC decided to stop working. Customer service was able to arrange for a same-day service call today! A Tech arrived right on time and repaired our AC (the capacitor was broken). Not only did they repair it, they also cleaned the unit to restore it to like-new. And finally, I joined their maintenance program! Just $30/mo. to enroll, which gets you annual maintenance services for your furnace and AC, discounts on future services, and priority service calls in the future! I am very impressed and glad I found Control Techs NW!

Matt and Sarah were great. Price was the best I looked at, they were great at consulting on the unit I needed, and when there was an issue with the unit upon installation they were back day after next to fix.

Repair was running late due to extremely icy conditions, we were actually that she was able to make it at all! She had a great attitude was very knowledgeable and very polite. Both my wife and I thank each and everyone of you that had to work through those extreme conditions. I would recommend your company to anyone that asked.

Was very happy with this company. We used them for a second opinion and they cost way less then the first company we had contacted. Also they were fast to schedule us especially when we were going through the heat wave. Was able to schedule and fix our ac within a few business days. They came out earlier than scheduled and was very fast and efficient with there service!

I had Divine replace the HVAC in an old bank building. They really went above and beyond and did a great job, under trying circumstances. Super professional and super nice.

Mathew was absolutely fabulous. Our heater decided to quit working on the same day the first storm arrived! He was able to fix our system and also recommend a new Mitsubishi system that won’t have this issue for future storms! Highly recommend this company!

Long story short it was issue after issue due to the former company’s errors. Skip to Matthew at Divine coming to my rescue. Working with Control Techs NW has been excellent from start to finish. Cate was super helpful in quick responses and routing more tech questions to the right person as needed; Danny and Stephen were excellent through the sales and solution design process; Kyle and Chase were super professional installers - on time, kept the job site very tidy, and finished within the 2 days they promised. Very happy with the service and the heat pump product that was recommended.

The team at divine heating, and cooling were great! I had my Mitsubishi ductless mini split systems cleaned. And an estimate to add two more. They were able to get me in on the same day during the same window as to not waste my time. This was next level customer service.

Damien Seven was my technician and was kind and paid great attention to detail and care with cleaning up any debris. He wore booties when he came in and out of the house and explain to me in detail what the next steps would look like for the next cleaning. I so appreciated this. Thank you!

I also had Matt May from there estimation team give me an estimate to add two more ductless mini split systems in my townhome. While I am unable to do this at this time because of cost, he explained the process in great detail, and I felt confident that if I could hire them to do this that they would do a great job. Matt told me about a subscription that I could pay for a monthly that would include future cleanings and service and give me a discount on any materials needed for replacement. As a sales professional, I appreciated Matt making the most of our time. Matt also wear booties in and out of the house each time and was very professional and kind.

In the planning and design stage of a complete HVAC system and water heater replacement, Matt was very thorough both in explaining options to the nth detail that we wanted and in presenting those options for us to consider and compare with other companies that presented proposals. He was very practical in his recommendations and was able to omit some features that provided questionable value to us or used some of our adequate existing equipment, like a smart thermostat, rather than sell us a more advanced control feature. He also responded to our follow up questions even though he was busily engaged with other installations, and accommodated our last-minute decisions. At installation, a delivery mix-up negated at least a half day of work, but Matt handled it well and made it his problem rather than ours. We stayed on schedule and were not adversely affected by the glitch, but he had to do a lot more work than anticipated. During the installation, and despite the stress, we were kept well informed and Matt was generous with demonstrations and explanations about the system and how to use it effectively. In the end, I felt comfortable that we got what what we wanted without going beyond what we needed.

Extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond and service our unit. They offered to make availability to come out same day! The price was really fair and felt comfortable in knowing my issues were being addressed.

My experience with Matt and Devine heating and cooling was perfect. Not only was Matt on time, kind, and professional but so was the scheduling person I spoke with bright and early in the morning to make sure my needs would be met and my issue resolved.
