Reviews of local pros in Cornelius, Oregon

We have been using this business for over a year, maybe two years now? I am very impressed with their service. The guy that comes to do our yard once a week is amazing. He seems to take ownership and pride in his work. He spends time looking over everything, deciding what to prioritize, then he works with care on the things he thinks are most pressing. He also goes above and beyond expectations caring for things we didn't even ask for. His work ethic is excellent. I don't know if everyone gets the same guy but he is a valuable asset to their company! Hopefully everyone else does just as well.

Preferred Landscape did a great job for us. They were easy to work with, walked through the project to fully understand our ask, and they kept to schedule for completion. We would definitely recommend them.

Dave and his team did a beautiful job. Built a 14 ×14 circular patio and stepping stones. Professional. The two guys that did the job were excellent. Meticulous in their work. Super happy and greatly enjoying this space. Thanks Dave and team for a job well done. Definitely recommend.

Dave Jensen came out to investigate an issue with a leak in our lawn sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable and shared his expertise with me. He ensured that I understood exactly what was needed to repair the control box. He did not pressure me, unlike some of his competitors. He gave me a fair price and stuck to it.

His repairman, Jose, was fully qualified to do the job explaining each step of the process. I did not feel I had to keep an eye him. When I did check in occasionally, it confirmed he was doing exceptional work.

I plan on using Dave and his crew to take over my spring check up for all of my irrigation projects.

Well done guys. Thank you Dave.

David and his team did an amazing job transforming our backyard. The quote was reasonable, they completed the job quickly, they were professional and David was super responsive to all of my questions! I would highly recommend!

We selected Preferred Landscape Services to installed the sprinkler system and lawn sod on our front yard. We are very happy with the work done by David and his team.

We had a friend use preferred for a project and she was incredibly happy with how it turned out so we decided to have David come out and quote to redo our front yard and retaining wall. The quote was fair and I love that everything was itemized so it was easy to see details and remove what we didn't need to fit our budget.
We had the team here about a month later and in about a week our yard was done! The workers were very nice and respectful. They did a wonderful job keeping the job tidy throughout the process. David was super helpful in picking plants and flexible when we had second thoughts about where we wanted things. He even gave us some time to discuss and sketch out the lawn portion so we had it just right.
The job came in right at budget and looks even better than we imagined. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done! The results speak for themselves!

Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job on my patio. They were professional, efficient and reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend for any masonry work. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

Lucas is a great guy

Lukas and team did a stellar job. Top notch. On time, high quality. I'd recommend them highly for any foundation work.

I cannot recommend Kurt and his team strongly enough. Sean and John had to basically rebuild an entire wall of my kitchen that had had a slow leak for years. The wall has specialty windows and doors and they were able to repair it and put it back using those same features. They walked me through each step in the process, sought out my input on any decisions thst were needed, and did high quality work. Fantastic company.

Get the job done local! Owner is a great dude!

Bought a home they remodelled. Incorrect flooring installation, incorrect tile, and incorrect electrical. Sloppy and rushed. Would upload pictures if this gave me the option.

My neighbor had some work done by Kopp Construction and I was aggressively accused of causing damage to some of the construction work they had done. I never heard back for sure, but I'm assuming one of their employees had done the damage, and I never even received an apology. VERY unprofessional.

We have hired Kopp Construction the second time now to have additional windows installed. Kurt and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and delivered high quality work. We love the outcome of both of our projects. We can highly recommend his business for remodelling projects. Looking forward to work with him again.

I needed some work done around the house and these guys really did the job right! We absolutely love the work they've done for our home. Thanks Garrett for the great work!

Kopp and his crew have done a couple of major projects for bringing life to our old home. Solid work, reliable and experienced problem solvers for our projects. Definitely a valuable local asset.

Kopp Construction helped me redo my living room floors, replacing the carpet with hardwood. The process was smooth and efficient and done within my budget. The floors came out great and I love the new feel. I would highly recommend Kopp Construction for any home improvement project.
