Reviews of local pros in Cornelius, Oregon

I recently had a large amount of water coming out of my sprinkler system into my yard. When they arrived they dug out, found the large crack, cut out and placed new piping all in under a half hour. They work quick and clean. I recommend them for any yard work or lawn repair.

We replaced our sidewalk leaving us with a large mound of dirt in the front yard and much of the grass destroyed. IV Landscape gave us a good quote for tilling the front yard and putting in sod. I also had some work done in a couple borders and a small path of pavers put in, but the bulk of the work was leveling the front yard, putting in a bit of good soil as a base for the new grass and then installing sod.

The work was done quickly and the results very good. I followed instructions to water in the sod properly to get good root growth. Now a year later I have applied some spring fertilizer and the lawn is still looking great.

I am happy with the work they did for me and would recommend them..

My wife and I highly recommend IV landscaping. We recently contracted IV to expand our existing concrete slab patio, using pavers to add some additional flair and aesthetic design elements. Ignacio Valencia, the owner of IV Landscaping, was very helpful in suggesting different paver products and designs. He provided alternative choices when certain pavers were found to be unavailable in our area. The photos of his work on his web site, as well as the photo brochure he carries with him, were useful in getting an idea of what the final design would look like. Even though ours was a relatively small job, he gave us all the attention we needed, and was very flexible when we made last-minute changes. In addition to laying in the pavers, Ignacio and his crew constructed a trellis as part of our project, thereby saving us the trouble of calling in a second contractor. The entire job was finished in only two days and we are very happy with the end result.

Fantastic experience with Ignacio, i had a irrigation system installed in my front and back yard and a drip system all controlled with a smart controller and a rain censor to automatically shut my system off when it rains and back on when it needs water again, so cool and great for when im out of town.
I love my garden and all of my flowers and was having trouble keeping them in good condition when im gone or by over or under watering myself and it is so time consuming. Now i will have soft green watered grass and my flowers and shrubs watered the perfect amount for me. Lots more time for my to enjoy my yard and to go on vacation and everything still be beautiful when i return.
Ignacio and his team were all very polite and he helped explain in detail to me how to adjust things on the drip system when i add new plants or ones get established and no longer need water. I ask a ton of questions and he had no problem taking time for me to grasp everything that was being done.
Also the county inspector said to me "Thats how i like to see it done.", meaning he thought the backflow system was done very well.
Im a happy costumer, thanks Iv Landscape!!

Ignacio and his team "hit is out of the park" with the sod replacement at my house. They were prompt, provided exactly what i request, completed the job super fast, quick replies to all my emails and the results are incredible. I have already had a neighbor ask who did the work. I would recommend IV Landscape to anyone!

Excellent Service!!
I received over 5 bids for installation of an irrigation system in front and rear yards of my large corner lot. Not only was IV Landscape LLC the lowest bid, they successfully installed the system within just days of signing the contract. They encountered some unanticipated routing challenges that required additional time but did not charge for extra labor. The owner is a contractor so inspection fees and hook-up were included in the bid price. The owner has come back several times to check the system and make sure it is working properly. Maintenance and winterizing the irrigation system are included throughout first year. Strong warranty also included. Versatile and consumer friendly , they also removed two trees and spread barkdust for a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with the work product, the service and and the conscientious attitude of the owner of IV Landscape LLC Monica M.Forest Grove OR

Ignacio replied to my request for a quote within a day, showed up the next day, and a week later the job was done. That's how fast him and his team are! I ordered Belgard pavers and wall blocks for a raised bed on a patio project, and Ignacio was kind enough to cut some of them to fit, even though these pavers and wall blocks weren't supposed to need cutting. I really appreciate his patience and strong work ethic! The patio and raised bed turned out great!

Ignacio and his team put in new sod and created new flower beds several months ago and it still looks fantastic. Lawn continues to be strong and green. IV Landscape is professional and efficient, as well as being very kind and courteous. They completed this fairly large job in less than one day and still looks great many months afterwards. I would highly recommend IV Landscape and plan to use them again in the future.

When we were ready to fix up our backyard in Beaverton, I called a few of the "bigger places" and they told me they'd be out next week. Some never even got back to me! Kept calling until Ignacio at IV Landscaping said he would be over that evening! We talked about our plans; nothing too complicated, new sod and paver patio, add a gazebo, resurrect the irrigation system, add some plants. And we decided to add a sitting wall and fire pit. that was the best part. As we added/changed things he was flexible and patient. He was also eager to get started and that was important to us.
Once he got his crew over there they were constantly working until it was all done. In fact it was all done so fast that I was kinda sorry to see him go.
Ignacio has also been helpful after the job as well. He came over to answer some questions about the sprinklers and made some final adjustments.

I love the beautiful paver patio that Ignacio and his team did for us. The price was mid-range and Ignacio was always on site during the two day project. He threw in a lot of perks for free and was timely and professional. We are so excited to start grilling on our new patio. I would highly recommend IV Landscape, LLC.

Ignacio was very knowledgeable and a great guy. He was recommended by a few of my neighbors and I'm very glad I called him. He came by right away to help me take care of my problem, and shared a lot of good advice with me. He was easy to work with and I will continue to call IV Landscaping whenever I've issues, thanks guys.

IV Landscape...Excellent!. Most reviews for landscaping are done a few days after the new lawn/irrigation is installed, but we all know that this is when the work looks the best. We're proud to say that a couple of years after the major lawn rennovation was completed, it still looks great. We had submitted several bids to other contractors and either they were too busy or didn't listen to our design ideas. IV took the time to come out and listen to wants/needs in our landscaping project. Our yard before was poorly laid out, filled with bizarre plantings, and involved too many Saturdays just trying to maintain it. We knew we wanted a lawn and irrigation system, and were tired of the eyesore our yard had become. IV came out and took the time to listen to us and on the spot he knew what would work best for us. He went through the ideas he had and provided us with a bid on site. We researched and realized that he not only knew how to build what we wanted, but he also knew the area well and what would work and what wouldn't. We're very happy with the results and the compliments we receive. Another great thing about IV is that they don't complete the work and then forget about you, they're helpful even after the work is completed. Now we have a beautiful manicured lawn with an irrigation system and local plants that are thriving! We would highly recommend them over any other landscaping contractor, and trust me we did our research. Thank you to Ignacio and the crew, an amazing job that has transformed the look and appeal of our house!

Ignacio and his team are fabulous. They installed pavers in our backyard in 2017 and the work was very neat, high quality and professional. Now in mid 2020 when some of the pavers sinked down(due to moles, mice who dug big holes under the pavers), Ignacio fixed them like new for a small amount of money even though we were out of the 3 year warranty. Thank you Ignacio. We would highly recommend IV Landscaping for any backyard projects big or small.

Ignacio was wonderful in responding very quickly to my online inquiry about a PVC pipe in the backyard that we had dug up with a crack in it. He arrived the next morning and had it replaced in about ½ hour. Highly recommend and will be using for any of our sprinkler services in the future.

I recommend Ignacio. I had my back yard sodded and irrigation added and he and his team were courteous, quick and did a good job. Keep in mind though that Ignacio, much like any gardener, is very busy during the summer months, so it may take quite a few weeks until he can come and start work. That said, when he said he'd come "next Wednesday", he showed up at 8am sharp as promised. He also helped me get a discount from the water district for a weather sensor that'll save me (and the district) water from unnecessary irrigation. Thumbs up!

After getting some estimates, I picked Ignacio and his crew to do significant landscaping rework for our entire yard (a large paver patio, paver paths, completely new sod, several new/redone plant beds including ~100 new plants and trees with several replanted/moved, raised garden planters, additional stairs on our deck, reconfiguring our sprinkler system, and plenty of other small things). It was a pleasure to work with him through a couple of revisions of our landscape design, and he provided great feedback about configuration options and other details to keep costs within our budget. While working our project, Ignacio was available to answer questions and often solicited feedback to ensure that the smaller details of the design were done how we desired. I was especially impressed with the team's knowledge of plant varieties and which would work best in the different areas of the yard. Through the whole process, I always appreciated how quickly he would respond to phone and/or email (he must burn through his smartphones given the nature of his work). The end result was amazing and really reflected our vision of how our yard should look and work for us. I believe there are some pictures on the IV Landscape website he put up after we gave consent. Several months after completion of the work, we had a couple of pavers come loose and I emailed Ignacio about it one night and the next morning he was out here fixing them. Recently, I had him perform winterization for our irrigation system and we talked for a while about how the landscaping turned out and he made sure that we haven't had any more issues. Now I never hesitate to call Ignacio for any of my landscaping needs.

We had a sprinkler system put in the front and back yard. We also added sod to our back yard. Ignacio and his team were great. Took about 4 days. We were very pleased with his work and attitude. He also helped us get a refund from the Water Company. "Sweet" And he threw in a free banana tree, which is growing beautifully! I would highly recommend Ignacio and his team. They are great to work with. He is a man of his word! Our yard is beautiful.

We needed fast repair of our sprinkler system at our house in Forest Grove when a major pipe burst. I found the main shut off valve and called IV Landscape. They came out 2 days later and gave me an estimate for replacing several valves and pipes. A week later they came out with all the necessary parts to assemble and install the new manifold. After the installation was complete, I also had them start up the system and inspect and adjust the heads. I think they do good work for a fair price.

I highly recommend IV Landscape. I contacted Ignacio for our annual backflow device testing. He came out the very next day. Being new to our home, I also contracted with Ignacio to inspect our irrigation system for a spring start up. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He tested and diagnosed all 12 zones. When I asked for recommendations, Ignacio suggested replacing the timer with a more up to date version, resulting in more efficient use of power and water. Good call. Ignacio was very respectful of our home and property, and charged a very fair fee for his services. Thank you, Ignacio!

After reading all the positive reviews online, I decided to call IV Landscape and get an estimate. Ignacio was prompt in calling me back and scheduled an appointment. He was straight forward, well informed, and patient in addressing all my silly questions. The estimate he provided was well documented and captured only those items I was looking to complete and nothing more. Ignacio never attempted to up sell me or suggest items I wasn't interested in. His asking price was more than competitive and reasonable. He was the third estimate I had gotten. I quickly made up my mind to go with him and scheduled a date. One of the things I appreciated about Ignacio was that he was onsite for the majority of the job working side by side with his crew. I had a drip irrigation system installed, which Ignacio patiently explained how it operated. I will definitely use his services again! :)

We had a small underground irrigation leak develop a few months after we moved into our home. I called Ignacio on a Saturday, and he came out the very next day to do an assessment. Once he identified the problem, he came back a few days later at the scheduled time and installed new valves, which even included some unexpected digging. They've worked like a charm, no leaks in 2 months (since he replaced the valves).

Ignacio has a great attitude, is willing to explain the problem and give options based on different cost levels, and is a hard worker. If I have anything else come up, I know who to call.
