Jose, Rigo, and the rest of the team at Forest were great! Very professional. They communicated throughout the entire process, did excellent work, and took the extra time at the end of the project to make sure everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend the team at Forest for any type of landscape project!

We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid ($6600 for a 13'X16' 4" concrete patio w/ hot tub reinforcement), but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work.

Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it.

Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching.

At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back.

I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid.

Forest Landscape did a complete redo of my front and rear yards. This included removing and replacing all the hardscape features and all of the landscaping features. All work was completed in a workman like manner, timely with clean up daily. The project was completed in 10 weeks with only about a 10% cost overrun. Very good considering the size and scope of the project. I would highly recommend Forest Landscape for your landscape or hardscape project. I am very pleased with the final product and have already received many compliments from neighbors.

I recently had Forest Landscaping complete another project at my home. They are always reliable and creative! The crews are friendly and fun to interact with on the project. They are always my first call, I’ve been working with them for one large and several small project over the last 25 years. So great to watch their business grow with this had working family.

We heard of Forest Landscape after visiting a friend who had an area in their backyard transformed into a beautiful stone deck and retaining wall and were hopeful to learn they also build fences, as we desperately needed ours replaced. We are very grateful for the amazing, professional, efficient care and skill they put into their work and are blown away by the completed fence and gate! Our yard feels like a new and improved, private and secured place and we can’t wait to connect with Forest Landscape again for a future home improvement!

This team is responsive and reliable. The accuracy and attention to details is impressive. After they repaired a road problem, you could hardly tell they were there. Everything was is good order, cleaned up, sorted out and as I’d hoped for. I feel they go a bit beyond other crews, who might just be trying to “get by”. Will always call them again for projects in the future.

Forest Landscape is hands down one of my favorite companies to work with. Jose and Rigo are outstanding people and true professionals, and I’ve built a great working relationship with them over multiple projects.

One of the most impressive jobs they completed for me was a large footing scope for a massive deck in the Southwest Hills of Portland. Their crew hand dug extremely large footing holes, some over six feet deep and several feet wide, all the way down to native soil. No heavy equipment. Just hard work, precision, and care. The quality of their work made it possible for us to pour solid footings and confidently support a very large deck structure.

They have also helped us with smaller concrete footing work in crawl spaces, which is never easy, and they consistently show the same level of effort and attention to detail regardless of job size.

What really sets Forest Landscape apart is their reliability. I was once in a serious pinch on a project after underground plumbing work when I suddenly had no one lined up to pour concrete in a basement garage area. I reached out to Jose last minute, knowing it was a long shot. Even with a tight schedule, they found a way to come through. It cost a little more, which was completely fair, and it kept the project on track. That kind of support is invaluable.

Beyond the work itself, Jose and Rigo run their company with pride. Their crew is hardworking, respectful, and friendly. Their vehicles are clean, professional, and well maintained. They are family oriented, honest, and they stand by their word, which goes a long way in this industry.

I truly appreciate everything Forest Landscape has done for me and my projects, and I look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high quality concrete and landscape related work.

Alex and his crew were amazing.At the beginning and throughout the whole project I felt that they carefully listened to what I wanted and followed through, and when they needed clarification,they did not assume, but instead asked for my input.
The quality of their work was excellent. They gave good suggestions, but also made sure that they honored that it was my place with what I needed for the landscape to work for me. I highly recommend them.

Forest Landscape did a phenomenal job! We had pavers installed for a new patio and a gravel walkway on the side of our house. They are very professional and do amazing work. We had a specific pattern we wanted and they had no issues or questions, and no follow up was needed on my part. The communication was superior to any contractor I’ve worked with in the past. We will definitely be hiring them again for our next project.

If you want high quality work done, Forest Landscape is the company for you. We have used them for a stamped concrete patio, a paver patio (with bar kit), concrete porch, and driveway replacement. The also did our back fence and landscaping. We love it all, and we get compliments from everyone that see it. I highly recommend Forest Landscape.

Forest Landscape is the best company we have ever worked with for our home. Jose and Rigo deserve more than 5 stars for their communication, service and quality. We have worked with this company the last few years from major backyard excavations/renovations including retaining walls and stairs to planting large trees on the property. Most recently they came to fix another company’s mistake involving stairs in the front of our home. The final product blew us and our neighbors away. They came in quickly, efficiently and with a fair price. They are the only company we will trust with our yard. We greatly value and appreciate their continued work and look forward to future projects with them.

Worked with Forest Landscaping to completely redo our backyard and parts of our front yard and driveway. Had pavers laid, rock walls built, irrigation and lighting added, and improved drainage around house. They were super responsive, helped us come up with a plan and worked with us as we made changes and additions. The work crew was fantastic, friendly and super clean worksite. They made it all easy for us to sit back and watch our dream come together. Turned out better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend using them.
