I’m just kicking myself I didn’t call them out sooner. I had a problem with one of my mini-split wall units throwing an error code and just gave up on using it through the winter. But after hearing from a couple different people that they’ve used Home Comfort, I decided to call them. Brodie came out and not only was able to show me what the issue was, but also taught me about cleaning out the filters, which I was not aware of. The cost was far cheaper than my greatly increased electricity bill was over winter using space heaters. I would use Home Comfort again in a heartbeat!

Justin and Gavin came through big time! Had several other HVAC companies out to figure out why the furnace wouldn’t stay running. Started getting pressure to replace the whole unit but wanted one more opinion and called Home comfort. Gavin came out next day and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable techs. Can’t ask for much more!

As a long-time custom home builder, I’ve worked with many HVAC companies, but Home Comfort truly stands out. Ben and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the project. The mechanical system was executed flawlessly, and the basement in-floor heat turned out excellent. The homeowners have a very keen eye for detail and were genuinely impressed with Home Comfort’s workmanship. We’ll definitely be sending more work their way and highly recommend them.

Had our thermostat monitor (display) stop working yesterday (Memorial Day). Called first thing this morning and Stephanie called us right back. She had a tech, Braden, call us right away and he came right out to our house to figure out what happened. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and presented the solution: replace a furnace fuse and A/C switch which was “shorting out”. Within an hour, Braden had everything working like new again. We’ve called on Peak several times since living in our home 5 yrs and they’re ALWAYS fast, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. We’re lucky to have such a top-notch HVAC provider in Dallas! We highly recommend Peak. Thanks again, Braden!

We had our HVAC system go out. Called Shane and his crew at Peak. They responded that afternoon with Tanner doing the service call. Next day had a bid and new HVAC next day. WOW. The crew at Peak are always so nice! Came home to a very cold house . I called first thing in the morning , next day , and Bethany? ( So bad with names! ) got right back to me and within 2 hours Troy and co worker ( so sorry I didn't get his name!) had my furnace back up and running! Only $140 . Great experience working with Shane on the bid and Travis and Jose that did the install. They installed three ductless mini split units for us. Very professional.

This is the most positive experience I have had with a contractor of any sort with any services on our home to date. The techs were so helpful and kept us informed the whole time. Went above and beyond in answering questions and when problems arose they were informative and thorough. It’s rare to find a company that wants to make sure we are getting what we pay before paying full amounts or spending more on something we don’t need right this second. I would highly recommend them! They are worth every penny.

Outstanding customer service, and quality support. We purchased a new system from Peak in 2022 and they were a pleasure to work with. Had a few hiccups with a mystery furnace glitch this winter, and they resolved this issue with persistence and thoroughness. Techs were curteous, skilled and knowledgable. They value taking care of their customers and it shows.

Called to have service on my heat pump that was not working and they sent someone out in a timely matter. When the technician Raphy showed up he was very kind and explained everything to me . Raff with Peak heating is awesome. He had the AC up and cooling almost immediately. I thought I needed a whole new system. Raff took the time to explain what was wrong and fixed it on the spot.

Impressive service, very prompt and professional. I don't write many reviews, but their service and how fast they were was remarkable inspired me. AC went out the day before our recent heat wave, called them before 8 AM Monday morning, they called me back within 30 min and they had two techs out that afternoon who fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Never tried to upsell or change anything just got it working. Note, I was not an existing customer, but I will be from here on out. Thank You.

Rafa came out in the heat of Summer and completed CPR on the Central Air system. It is an older system but he was able to repair it vs replace, saving my consumer $$$. We highly recommend Peak & their tech Rafa was kind, understanding, informative & had a great personality. THANK YOU
