The technician that came out was named Raffy and he was amazing! Not only did he fix our cooling for way less than the other company quoted but he taught me so much about how my HVAC system works and ways to help maintain it!! I highly recommend him and the company! We will be using Peak Heating and Air.

I called them for diagnostic on my air conditioning that I'd never used. They found the problem which was a simple fix and fixed it for me at a very reasonable cost. Great to know they're fair and won't overcharge or try to sell me a new unit or services I don't need. Friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and good at what they do.

I’m a local licensed Realtor. One of my listings in Dallas required an evaluation, and potentially remediation, of gas lines installed in the crawl space. After receiving a misdiagnosis from a referred technician, I reached out to Peak. From my first call with Bethany to meeting the technician, Troy, on-site, the entire experience was professional, prompt, and courteous. Most importantly, they were clearly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue and completed the work the same day. I highly recommend them.

Raffi came today to help me with my AC, it was not coming on. He was so professional and very kind. I had a loose wire on my thermostat, Thankfully it was a simple fix. I would recommend Peak Heating to everyone. Not only did they come quickly but I feel they are a very honest company which is nice in the times we live in. I give them 5 stars !

Fantastic company. I had read about their mission to provide transparent service, efficiency and low cost and they definitely lived up to it. From the first c all to them they were kind, returned messages quickly and were very helpful and when service came, Rafael was great. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in under 20 minutes. He was able to clearly explain it to me, how to avoid it in the future and it was for a fantastically affordable price. I will definitely be using them again

I had Peak do a annual maintenance on the hvac in the house we recently bought. Jim did a great job; very thorough and explained things very well. We'll be sticking with Peak for our heating and ac needs
