This guy came over charged us money and my washer still doesn’t work.

Mike came quickly, on Saturday, found out our refrigerator problem was a simple reset and saved us hundreds.

Service tech came and said he had to order part. Missed the return appointment and we are unable to contact him or the company. Sears told us their records indicate the service is complete. Our dryer still doesn't work.

Actually this is for my elderly client .
This man is a fraud !!!! He comes and takes advantage of elderly people !!!! Doesn’t finish his work , makes excuses for not coming or ordering parts and charges huge amounts of money but leaves your appliances broken …. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT hire this man !!!! He will cash your check and run and not return with your part to finish the job … if my poor elderly client could she would sue but it is unfair and unacceptable that a man should take advantage of an elderly woman who is also in a wheelchair and can’t walk … DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!

Do not use this service. This guy is a total fraud as others have said. I learned the hard way. A $205 lesson and my oven still doesn’t work! I was so nice to him too.

The real appliance guy his name is Don. You're reading a bunch of fake reviews. Be warned somebody took the original A1 appliance when Don got injured and did not renew his name look out for the preposter I get the calls all the time for the work that was not done by me

Mike is the best repairman in Medford and Rogue Valley !! I had issues with my outside fridge on my porch and he was able to fix the problem in a timely manner . I have used Mike a couple times for fridge repair. He is a very honest guy with good morals ethics and values , a great family man and most importantly Man of God . So great to see people like Mike using there God given talents to help the needs of others . Such a fair price he gives and very upfront and knowledgeable with his craft . He takes the time to talk with you and help you understand the repairs . He really cares about people , his clients and helping others with there repairman needs and limited finances to pay for repairs . Mike Marsh came recommended by a friend for a broken element repair on the stove. Mike came to the house, and claims he fixed it. The oven light then remained on. He stated "that will not burn your house down".
He was supposed to order a part, and return. 2 weeks have gone by, and no part. He said he would come yesterday and fix it. I never heard from him.
Its my wife's birthday, and family from out of town came to cook enchiladas. At 350 degrees for 30 minutes, the enchiladas were burnt, and smoke billowing out of the oven. Smoke alarm went off and scared the pets.
Called Mike, who refuses to answer or return my calls. Paid $210 for a burnt dinner, and broken stove.

My kitchen aid cooktop was not igniting 2 days ago, so I called up this company. They offered excellent service. I highly recommend them.

In my quest for a dependable repair service, I discovered this excellent company. Kevin, the technician, arrived right on schedule and was very professional. He tackled the problems with my washing machine, which was not draining and leaving clothes soaking wet. Kevin quickly found that a clogged drain pump filter and a broken drain hose were to blame.
