Technician left valve clamp off with gas on creating a gas leak endangering our health (verified by NW Gas). Polished Appliance Repair found the problem being a broken igniter harness, and indeed the valve clamp was unscrewed and was lying under the pan along with one of his tools…To top it all off, the replacement cord was not correctly/safely installed.

Victor is always amazing. Way above and beyond on explanation and service. It’s a year long problem that he’s been great with. Best guy in town. He deserves a raise

Outstanding visit, very educational!

I had a couple of issues with my new Whirlpool washer: sensor not working & then finding a hole on the agitator between 2 fins. I called Whirlpool & they scheduled appointments as 8-4 on that day, but a day before the AH rep called to shorten the time, i.e., 8-12 or 1-4. The 1st time 2 Dylans came & it was determined that I had the water valve shut off. When it was turned back on, the washer worked. The 2nd time was when I noticed a small hole on the agitator. Dylan had to call Whirlpool which put him on hold for about 20" or so. When the technician answered we were told it was normal for this washer. Both times there were no charge. The issues were minor so I wouldn't know how they operate if they were ones needing major repairs.
Pros: AH sends emails/texts & calls for reminders. AH tech calls to give arrival time. Friendly, professional. Cons: none so far.

The employees here are so knowledgeable and helpful. We called with a fridge problem and they got out to us ASAP. Mark was extremely helpful.
