Jim diagnosed a mystery we were having with our washing machine. He was professional and came out the next day. He is now our go-to appliance repair person!

A month ago washer repaired and problem was said to be bath mat that I know longer wash. Problem occurred again. Called yesterday and message said he would get back to me. He has yet to return my call.

Pretty sure they overcharged my mom. Pretty sure I won’t be using their service.
Update: They mailed a refund of a whopping $17.00. Not gonna hold my breath for the rest.

Been working with Jim for years, helping me with both personal property and rental property. Always been straight forward with what is practical to fix or should be replaced. Charges fairly and shows up in a timely manner.

They were able to squeeze our washer repair in the same day I called which was a total lifesaver going into a holiday week. Serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will absolutely reccommend this team to friends, family & neighbors.

I wasn’t familiar with J Farr’s, but called based upon the excellent reviews that I read online. I was not disappointed! Jordan scheduled his visit in a timely fashion and kept me informed about when to expect him. I was concerned that my refrigerator would need to be replaced but he quickly assessed the problem and had the appropriate part with him. He let me know what to expect with the unit in both the short term & long term, clearly highly familiar with various brands. So we have a few rental properties through out the Eugene, Springfield, Coburg area. I have had Jordan service 3 units so far and he is amazing. Extremely professional and knows what he is talking about. He is now my go to for appliance repair.
