Appliance Hospital has been a repair business we have used for years, dishwashers, washer, dryers, refrigerators, wine, coolers. Every time they are timely, professional, most of the time get the job done on one visit, pricing is fair, overall very easy to use And schedule appointments when needed.

Service was quick and efficient. Price was quoted up front and job was throughly explained. Great service and a fair price!

Doctor Alfy did a great work getting our washer going.

Great communication about the arrival window. Technician was prompt friendly professional and got the issue solved within 15 minutes.
Christian definitely knows what he is doing!
I called two other places to fix my freezer, and they wanted to give me virtual visits. They were not listening. Appliance Hospital was phenomenal! -
Serviceman, Doug, was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. He clearly knows the SubZero products well as he easily identified the problem and fixed it. He also educated us on how to replace filters. 👍👍

The tech was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and prompt, great guy with a great work ethic.

Doug was fantastic; he explained everything, wore shoe protectors and left the space spotless. We feel so lucky to have found Appliance Hospital.

They over charge labor costs. Less than one hour of appliance work does not equal $400. Hopefully they actually fixed the issue and I won’t have to call them back.

Jacob "DrJay" from Appliance Hospital was on time & efficient.in his diagnosis of our gas dryer. He talked through the options taking into account the age of the unit which was 13yrs old. Told us what to keep an eye on with this unit & provided insights on the newer models etc.all around another grt service call from Appliance Hospital. Definitely recommend this service. Been using them for all of our appliances for yrs. They are great.

Doug was terrific. He made sure he had the parts to do the job and made sure he checked for clogs to make sure he couldn’t fix it without them. He was able to replace a glow plug clear a port and get our broiler working great without having to replace everything.

The good: They repaired the belt on your dryer for $400 the day after we requested an appointment.
The bad: they disconnected the vent hose from the dryer so when we used it the laundry room became very hot and humid. Luckily we were home to catch it, but it seemed like a fire risk. -
Super quick! Professional! And honest! So happy with my washer repair service will definitely be making Appliance Hospital my one call for all appliances. Thank you so much <3

What I was told while making appt was not at all what was done during appt. When the tech called the main office to discuss my situation I heard the guy on the other end of the phone say "Just get her to agree on anything you can". And then they both laughed. I was stunned at what I heard. I was charged $175 for zero answers and zero service. And then when the tech left he said" All right, you're all set! Call me if you need anything else". Again zero answers and zero work was performed.

Don arrived 1 hr before my scheduled time so I wasn't quite ready. But he did a thorough evaluation of my 2013 Whirlpool front loading Duet washer model WFW94HEAW. He identified the problem quickly; heard the concerns I had in specific to my washer and in general & repaired it. It all took 45 minutes including payment. So maybe 35 minutes were the actual repair time for the leak in the front involving the door gasket. He also cleaned the dispenser which was retaining water. Don is very friendly, personable & thoughtful. I recommend Don & trust that others will be quite satisfied with his skills, product knowledge & honesty to make the most thoughtful recommenation per the client's situation. He explained my machine may need cleaning the pump in the future & quoted a price but also said that due to my machine's age, I should wait bc it could possibly be better to buy a new one at that time since mine is 12 years old right now & close to the end of life for washing machines. I recommend Appliance Hospital, Dr. Don and my Whirlpool which has been very reliable over 12 years and does an excellent job washing laundry regardless of light or heavy soiling & my full length 84" long 102" wide patio curtains.
