Jordan is very skilled at appliance repair and very pleasant to work with! He makes appliance repair completely stress free! He previously repaired my old Kenmore washer and I got more life out of it. My Maytag dryer recently stopped heating up and Jordan came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and had my dryer fixed after the part came in. Well worth the $250 and a great value! He graciously applied a senior discount when I asked. Additionally Jordan is patient and kind and can work in small spaces like my laundry room. When I thought about replacing my dryer I saw a lot of complaints on reviews about the new machines and I felt stressed out just thinking about two delivery guys bringing appliances in and out of my house with narrow doors. When I thought about Jordan repairing my dryer I felt zero stress! He's the one to call if you need help fixing any if your appliances! Thank you so much Jordan!! You are the best!!

I listened to a horrid squeal from my dryer for 2 months before calling for repair... I should have done it sooner!

Jordan was awesome. He let us know our drier issue was because of a problem with the vent under the house. Although he wasn't able to fix that for us he helped us figure out our next steps and recommended another local company.

Jordan was able to come to our home relatively quickly to help repair our washing machine. He was very quick with the repair, was very knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix, and ensured that we knew what to do ourselves if the same problem occurred again. He also made sure the area he did repairs in was clean and tidy after he was done. The price for repairs was extremely reasonable and Jordan was professional and kind.

Jordan is hands down the best repair person, not to mention honest, respectable and down-to-earth. After having my dryer looked at by another repair person, I was charged and left without a clear answer of what to do. I took a chance and called Jordan. He got me in quick, deep cleaned the dryer, explained to me what he thought was going on, and let me know to contact him if it still had issues. The dryer leaked and didn't fully dry clothes before, and after he left, it worked as good as new. I will be calling Jordan for any of my repair needs from this point on. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about J Farr's Appliance Repair Service. My front loading washer was out for the count and they were quick to respond and get me on the schedule. What really stood out was Jordan's willingness to come out on a Saturday (mind you, they are not open on saturdays) to accommodate my work schedule—that kind of flexibility is rare and so appreciated.

I highly recommend Farr’s Appliance Repair. I contacted Jordan when I was having an issue with my dryer. He returned my call quickly and scheduled my service the next day. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The technician came to our home to fix our oven and stove. He messaged me beforehand to say he was on his way, was timely, professional and clean. We ended up not needing a repair, just maintenance, and their pricing was fair. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Jared was prompt with a smile. Explained how he was going to trouble shoot the issue with the dryer. (I assumed heating elements were bad). He tested everything and said it’s a flow issue and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend him to any and all looking for a compassionate truthful and honest repair man.

Quick response time...Within 15 minutes upon his arrival, he inspected the machine, diagnosed the problem (taking pictures of the defective unit that would need replacement) and explained that the costs of replacing the part would cost $200-300 more than buying a new machine. 'Much appreciated his honest appraisal and his warm, friendly personality. He also shared some brands that seem to require his services the least often.

Awesome service! Dryer would turn on but wouldn't start. Called in the morning, they were out and had it fix by 2:30 pm. Quick, polite, and speedy. Everything you could ever want in a service provider and more! Highly recommend.

Justin was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his communication in keeping me updated on his arrival and process. When fixing my dryer some glue was missing for a part and he showed up at his appt time to let me know what was going on and what his plan was. He was able to get what he needed and still finished the job on the original timeliness. I hope I don't need to but will definitely use Farr again if I do.
