oregon metal came and did our gutters it took less than a day for them to get it done. they were also able to get gutters that match my siding color. i highly recommend this company.

My experience with all the staff at oregon metal roofing was great. They responded quickly the very first day i called. After their initial inspection they quoted a start to finish price we felt was quite reasonable. They were very careful to stay within the bounds of contact.

The entire job went very quickly and professionally. Their entire crew was one of the most wellorganized & hardest working group of people i could have hoped for. They were always quick to answer any questions we had during the project and went 150% to make sure & clean up as they went along during construction.

The quality of their work is outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a really good high quality roof replacement.

Oregon Metal Roofing & Gutters did a fantastic job on our house. We encountered some unexpected problems related to wood rot, which caused more work than anyone expected, but they came up solutions that took care of the damage. They stuck with it and came up with some fantastic results. I would highly recommend their work. They stand behind it.

I had a previous roofing contractor that worked on my roof for 6 months and it leaked more than when they started. I contacted Oregon Metal Roofing and Gutters and explained my problem. They immediately assessed the situation, ordered supplies and began working on the roof. After removing the substandard work from the previous contractor and fixing multiple issues such as dry rot the new roof was completed within 2.5 weeks. TJ, Robert and their crew are hard workers and did a great job, are courteous,professional and leave the job site clean each day. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this company.

Thank you so much for doing a fabulous job on our roof. When your roof leaks, you panic! Shane heard from the neighbor that I needed help, immediately came over and gave me a very competitive bid. Next he sent his head guy over to patch the leak until they could get me on the schedule. Customer service is above board and his crew is such a hard working group. They always showed up when they said, problem solved solutions and made custom cuts to accommodate my home. Overall very impressed and highly recommend.

We had a sudden skylight leak in our garage and Shawn provided on the spot options from replacing 1/2 of our old metal roof, to replacing the whole roof, to doing a quick fix on our own. Grateful for the quick fix option for the time being and will call him back for the repair—if needed. Thanks Shawn!

INNUMERABLE DELAYS AND BROKEN PROMISES!

If you want a contractor who is true to their word, do not use this one!

-Fact: Contract made and deposit taken by Oregon Metal Roofing and Gutters October 2023 with start date set for May 2024 (it’s written on the contract).
-Fact: Summer of 2024 – no work done and no contact from Oregon Metal Roofing and Gutter. Was told end of May 2024 that there were three roofs ahead of mine. All contacts were initiated from my side, and most emails and voice mails were ignored.
-Fact: December 2024, email received that contract would absolutely be honored and they would start in Spring of 2025.
-Fact: No show in Spring, and after several contact efforts, I was told that I was scheduled for Mid July. Mid July came, and I finally got a confirmation from Brian (the foreman) that he would start on Monday the 21st. On Sunday (the 20th), I get a call that they are not starting after all and three days later received an email stating that I could get my deposit back {or pay 35% more of the original contract amount (theoretically due to tariffs which no other roofer I contacted had had to deal with) instead.} On the 27th, I accepted the refund offer.
-Fact: by August 26th, I had not received the refund. Through emails I was finally told that the check was being sent, but by the 4th of September I still had not received it. On the 4th, I contacted Brian by phone, and by that evening I had the refund. I will give Mr. Navarro credit that he did include interest on the returned deposit.

I do not know what happened here as so many people seem to have positive interactions with this company. I assume that their roofs were simpler than mine, but the fact remains that 22 months after the contract was signed I had to drop this contractor and go with someone else (who is able to get to my roof within the month.) I respect all of the contractors who looked at my project and admitted that is was beyond their capabilities (about half of the companies I contacted said this.)

In my experience of Oregon Metal Roofing and Gutters, it is a company to be avoided if your roof is at all complicated. I suggest that you spend the extra money to hire someone else. Should you decide to go with this contractor, I suggest that you document all emails and record all phone conversations as Mr Navarro often has a different memory of what was said. My complaint is solely with Mr. Shane Navarro, the owner of Oregon Metal Roofing and this review is solely concerned with my experiences and interactions with him. I am aware that Mr. Navarro will respond to this review with many reasons as to why the business relationship did not work as planned – we have very different recollections of our conversations.

I would like to state that I am certain that Brian (the foreman) and his crew are probably excellent workmen. By all accounts from other reviews this is true – I just really wish I had had the chance to experience their work.

Wonderful experience. Their entire team was great. All staff were extremely kind, mindful, and attentive. Brian took extremely good care of all of my partners specific asks, and did so with a smile and an amazing attitiude. The final job exceeded our expectations. 10/10 am recommending!

Oregon Metal and Roofing installed very impressive black metal roof and gutters on the house and shop. Shane and Brian advised us well; as we were not familiar with their particular products. Their crew have an outstanding work ethic and high level of experience. We enjoyed getting to know them. The positive outcome of the project is a relief to us.

I highly recommend Oregon metal roofing and gutters. Shane and his Crew installed metal roofing and gutters on our double wide mobile home and garage. It looks amazing. Very high-quality workmanship. On day one a crew of five very nice workers tore off all of our old roofing and hauled it away. Day two a crew of six arrived in the morning with all the materials and tools . Installed all the roofing on the home. day three completed the garage and installed all the gutters and downspouts.. Job well done. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. Shane and crew replaced our old concrete tile roof this summer (2024). They did a great job, his team were all hard working, did a good job cleaning up each day, and we're good to communicate with. After the roof tear off (a 30 yr old roof), there was some rotten wood that needed to be replaced. Shane worked with us and we came to a good agreement on the price for that extra work. They also replaced our six skylights. We had three other estimates originally and went with Oregon Metal Roofing because of a combined price estimate that was far better (lower) than other bids and their positive online ratings. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Inspected roof on a M/F home in Coos Bay. Ended up replacing entire roof as part of real estate sale. Gave a very reasonable bid and was able to replace roof and realign gutters in two days. No issues at all. Great communication. Highly recommended.

Some friends of mine had a roof done by John and his crew , absolutely amazing . They did such a wonderful job , worked super hard, got it done really quick, cleaned up there mess as they went . I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done . The guy with long hair kinda old cute guy for sure . For being the oldest on the crew he throws it down . Excellent company for sure hit them up .
