Constraction reviews in Eugene, Oregon

These guys were awesome! Super quick, did a fantastic job, and didn't break my pocket book. My roof looks amazing, 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you

I'm beyond impressed with this roofing company! They fixed my leaky roof in record time, and now I have zero leaks. Fast, efficient, and top-notch service – highly recommend!

This roofing company exceeded all my expectations! Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish!

We got quotes from four or five different roofing companies, and Solsken Roofing had the best price by far. Johnathan Gaudette was super friendly, honest, and down-to-earth. He came out personally, talked with us at length about our situation, and found a unique solution for our roof when we only needed one more layer of shingles. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just making a sale. His team came out and were very friendly and professional, cleaning out our gutters and combing the perimeter for metal from the job. Great, efficient crew and five stars all
Around. Highly recommend — the most trustworthy roofer we met!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the job efficiently without cutting corners. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and our new roof looks great. Cleanup was thorough, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I’m so happy with the job Solsken Roofing did on my roof. Not only did they upgrade my shingles, but I was shocked when John sent me photos that the previous roofers had not properly installed the vents on my roof! In fact they didn’t install them at all, they cut corners by just putting the vent covers in the appropriate places so the installation *appeared* correct. I have always had trouble regulating the temperature upstairs in my house, but John’s team reinstalled the vents correctly (and he didn’t even charge me extra) and now my upstairs is noticeably cooler. That level of integrity means a lot to me. I might never have known it was incorrectly installed if he hadn’t shown me and fixed it. It’s nice to know there are still craftsmen out there who care about doing the job right! Couldn’t be happier with the finished product and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest, reliable contractor.

This guy is a real straight shooter. He won't just tell you what he can do, he'll also tell you what he can't, but also what doesn't need to be done at all. Great guy to talk to about your roof.

Phil was great to work with. He was responsive, showed up on time and did a very thorough job on the roof and gutters.

It always hurts to have to spend money on roof maintenance. Better to cry once then cry twice! Alpha did a fantastic job not only on our roof but also the clean up afterwords. Arrived 5 min early and worked hard. If you need your roof cleaned this is the guy to do it and do right. A+

Phil has been taking care of our roof for several years now. He's great. Answers phone calls promptly, arrives on time, knows his stuff, reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Phil did an excellent job on our roof - looks newer than I imagined it could have when we purchased the house this year. He was polite, professional, and very accommodating of my wife and I's hectic work schedules.

Phil did a Excellent job on our roof, we will definitely do the maintenance program every year. the roof shampoo system was amazing how it cleaned the stains & heavy moss from our roof. thanks Alpha Roof Care

I rarely post product or service endorsements, but if you're in Lane County and need your roof cleaned - Alpha Roof Care is outstanding!

We've had mixed experiences with moss removal folks in the past, which led to inaction. But when it got to the point of either trying another contractor or buying some roof goats, we knew it was time to act. Phil Sanders did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.

Ticked all the boxes - 1) used a product and equipment that was gentle on the shingles, 2) environmentally friendly, and 3) got the roof looking better than any of the other services we've used. PLUS - 4) he not only took great care to protect plants and other items on the deck from all the roof debris, he followed the Platinum rule and left it all looking cleaner than he found it.

To top it off, he was friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Phil Sanders and Alpha Roof Care!

Al did a thorough job of cleaning my composition roof. He said part of his service included cleaning my gutters. I didn’t discover the problem until our first rain. All my downspouts were clogged from the gutter level to the ground with the moss and debris he washed down off my roof. It took me all day to disassemble the downspouts and flush the sludge from them and reinstall them. If you have him clean your roof have him plug all your downspouts to prevent a days labor of taking down, flushing and reinstalling your downspouts. 🥴. I’m sorry, I stand corrected, his name is Phil and my review was meant to be a “heads up” to future customers rather than a criticism of the job he did for me.

Phil was excellent! He was so responsive, knowledgeable, on time, and very friendly. He did such an excellent job cleaning our roof and treating it. He spent a ton of time cleaning up all the debris afterward as well. We will be reaching out to him yearly for roof treatment and cleaning. Thank you!

Second time to hire Phil to clean roof and gutters of moss, leaves, pine needles, and various debris. He's done a great job both times: high quality work at a good price; the work was done promptly on the day and time scheduled without a hitch. Looks beautiful again, and the gutter water is flowing again. I'll hire Phil every time I need roof cleaning and care. I especially like that he gets the job done without using anything toxic that could harm landscaping or local eco and water systems. Five stars.

This works! And, is so affordable. We live in the shady, tall, forest and had deep moss problems. We got estimates from several contractors for amounts several times what Alpha Roof Care charges using questionable approaches. Our roof looked brand new after cleaning with no damage to shingles or shrubs. We've been having the [non-toxic] maintenance treatment applied every year since and no moss has returned. Phil is always on time and is quick and thorough in his work. Highly recommend!

We got 3 sun tunnels installed by Matt. He's very professional while super friendly, and he did a great job. We love the light that these sun tunnels bring to our kitchen and bathroom!

They were knowledgeable and friendly when giving us our estimate. They encouraged us to seek out other estimates and discussed the reasons for every service they provided. The actual installation was much quicker than I thought it would be and I was impressed by how well the mess was cleaned up after they were done.

This is a superb roofing company. They take pride in their work and are super knowledgeable about the different systems and applications. I highly recommend using Gruwell Roofing, they do an awesome job with great customer service!
