Bari Swartz of Red Umbrella Services built us a fine, 600 Sq. Ft. cottage (ADU) in our back yard in Eugene. We are very pleased with the outcome. He was helpful from start to finish through the permit process, dealing with the city and various sub-contractors, and even after final inspection and occupancy was approved. His communication was especially helpful and honest.

Even though there were a few hiccups (small delays, inflation, etc.), Bari kept our budget within bounds and made sure the job was done in a timely manner and with quality workmanship.

My wife and I highly recommend having Red Umbrella Services build a structure for any family.

I could not recommend these fine people highly enough. We have used them twice over the past two years or so and they've been quick to schedule, affordable, and efficient in the installations/repairs themselves. William recently came out and had a new motor installed much faster than the estimated time. They so clearly care about their service and customers. They are quite literally a family business and have treated us like their own, going above and beyond in many ways including sending flowers to our house while we were in the hospital.
