These guys did a great job installing a new garage door motor when we purchased our home last year. Fast forward to last month, and we found that while the motor still worked great, it was wobbling a little bit when in use. We called Crawford Windor, and they sent out a guy the next day to fix it for free...almost 18 months after the original installation. Great service, great response, and they care about you as a customer.

My dad needed a new garage door opener in a pinch. The owner gave him a call directly set up an appointment. And with in a week had instal. But it doesn’t end there. The two installers went above and beyond to a level my dad had never seen before. Highly recommend Crawford Windor!

Great service. Had my new garage door installed today, went from two small doors to one large 17' door. Installer was great, and finish product is exactly what I wanted.

Got our new car trapped in the garage on a holiday weekend! Called Crawford Windor on Monday morning, and they had the repair truck out by 2 pm; spring replaced and a tune-up finished by 3 pm. Phenomenal and courteous service.

We had the main shop door break at my business. My staff found it out of commission at 7:30am. I talked with Crawford Windor and they had a tech there before 9:00am. CRAWFORD WINDOR has proven that business philosophy "Delivering Great Customer Service" to be absolutely true !!

-- as proven up once again just TODAY to cure as they quickly did a total power failure being an electrical short circuit due to 'hidden wear' of the drive chain on the power link.

To be more specific, after the sudden failure this weekend and a late nite [NON-]emergency call, they called on opening this Monday morning and re-routed a Technician who diagnosed and the fixed the whole problem all in less than an hour. We are very grateful !!

The folks at Crawford Windor got me scheduled quickly, the repair men showed up on time, were very friendly and worked efficiently. So grateful I called them to come fix my garage. Price was very fair! Highly recommend!

We needed service on our overhead doors and William came out and changed a keypad and provided some maintenance on another door.
He was quick to diagnose the issue, seemed very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. Would highly recommend Crawford and will ask for William! Great job!

Very kind came out marked everything we asked and unfortunately it rained right afterwards washed away most of it the markings. He's coming back out again no charge to remarket for us. would highly recommend.

Hole In One Locating did a great job marking our water line for us. They did it quickly and were very reasonably priced. They also seem like wonderful people, so I was happy to throw my business their way. I will most definitely use them for future projects if needed.

Very impressed with their speedy response and friendliness. We suspected a fallen tree in the ice storm damaged our well water pipe but didn’t know exactly where to look. After I called Hole In One Detecting they were at my house in 30 minutes and traced the line so we could pinpoint the likely source of the leak. Super reasonable cost and great to work with.
