Shachar and his crew were prompt and professional. All work was done well and everything was cleaned up before they left. Shachar has excellent communication skills and customer service is a priority. He was especially helpful with window screens that needed repair and shared recommendations for concrete and french drain work I needed done.

Customer services was good. Had to call them back not once, not twice, but THREE times to fix and clean a few windows they did twice already. First set of cleaners pressure washed my screens, second set of cleaners streaked windows and finally the supervisor came out and did it. Everyone was very friendly though.
Will I use them again, no. Will I recommend them, not for what I had done. Depends on the need I guess.

We had a tile roof that needed pressure washing prep prior to being painted. It had a lot of moss on it and was in pretty bad shape. Cutting edge did an amazing job. Was a two day job, very thorough and the roof looked better than ever. Derek was very professional and meticulous. Left the job site totally cleaned up. Can’t say enough about this guy! Will use this business again. This isn’t the first time either. I think anyone can count on this business to get a job well done.

We have been using Cutting Edge for several years to treat our tile roof here in Eugene. This year three households had our gutters and roofs cleaned, moss scraped and powder treated on one day.. Roofs look great. Everything was cleaned. The value and professionalism are there.

It’s a relief when you can get a service nailed down with a business that takes its job seriously and does it well; Cutting Edge gets this, doing a fabulous job on our windows. Scheduling was efficient and they were great about reminders of their visit. The 2 staff arrived on time and got to work. When it was time to do the interior, they were kind, respectful and unintrusive. When necessary, furniture was moved and put back in place.

My windows have never been so clean. I only wish they would stay that way. They did such a good job that you can hardly tell that there is a window even the birds can't tell. Thanks for doing such a good job and for being so polite and considerate.

On the positive side, Robert was professional, hard-working, meticulous about work quality, and a good communicator. If he had been the person for the entire job we would be thrilled. This quote was based on a two person crew for 8 hours the first day and 4 the second. We got one person for 4 hours the first day. He left the majority of the work to be done including a large amount of paint trim fixes. Robert and another crew member came out the next day and worked so hard that they were able to finish in 4 hours. The first guy was supposed to come out that same day and fix the trim. He didn't. The next day, another excuse. The third day was the Friday before Labor Day and he was FOR SURE going to be there so we cancelled plans. No show, no call. Glad he enjoyed the 4 day weekend after we cancelled our plans. He finally contacted us after furious calls to the office. We got the worst lie for an excuse you can imagine. My other issue is, if the quote is based on 24 man hours and they were able to do it in 12, that is a big overcharge.

There is no need to look anywhere else. tldr: I used more than once: friendly, professional crew comes on time and does great work. Clean windows, clean gutters, clean roof. I'm very happy.

I really like Cutting Edge. Solid professionalism from friendly people. I've used their services twice at my home -- the team was undaunted by the ridiculous heights that my roof has because of the hill. Both times, the team that came out were nice, friendly guys that were very professional. On my scheduled date this time around, given the ice and snow that had just happened, we had to reschedule -- I fully understood as it was bad up on the hill. I was impressed at how they did that -- came out to the house first to evaluate, rang the bell and we had a discussion about the situation, and rescheduling made sense.

I closed the door thinking ok now I have to remember at some point to call and reschedule during my workday. I saw an email later- they emailed me a new date and time. I thought that was terrific.

On the scheduled day the snow and ice had melted. Again, same friendly crew came out on time and did a terrific job. My windows and skylights look great, my gutters are clean, and I don't have a bunch of pine needles collected on my roof. Fantastic. I'm now going to ask them to go to my Mom's house.

Jason Brown and his team at Cutting Edge have installed Christmas lights and cleaned roof & gutters at our house for the last 3 years. The Cutting Edge team is organized and professional at both the office and in the field. Jaden and Robert were on our install team this year and our house looks great. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge for both holiday decorating and roof & gutter maintenance.

From start to finish everything was easy, efficient and professional. Jason came out promptly to give us an estimate, which was very fair. We were scheduled within a short amount of time. Shane did a great job, worked his butt off, as we have a LOT of windows, cleaned up after the job, and was very personable. We've used Cutting Edge before and will definitely use Cutting Edge again. Cutting Edge has done roof maintenance on my small property for years. I travel abroad on extended trips and several roof maintenance routines were completed when I was away traveling. What I have learned is to ALWAYS ask for photos of the roof to determine what level of service is required. If you live in an area surrounded by lots of trees and prone to moss buildup, you must get the moss off your roof, if you want it to last for any length of time. I forgot to ask for photos the last few times roof maintenance was performed. I think just leaf blowing the roof wasn’t enough, and may have been a waste of money. Had I seen a photo of the moss buildup, I definitely would have paid extra for removal – no question. Now, the roof is old and scraping off the heavy moss buildup could lead to a leak, so the roof must be replaced. I had hoped the roof would last a few more years – with inflation, replacement is costly! The message here is to be proactive and don’t expect Cutting Edge’s help determining the “level” of maintenance your roof requires. Unlikely I will use their services again, but I will definitely ask for photos BEFORE any future roof service to determine what needs to be done.

Cutting Edge quoted a price much less than other window cleaning services I have been using. I had only the exterior of my windows cleaned; several of them are very high off the ground. The results were spectacular. One high window was missed (it is a difficult window to see from the ground) and the crew came back the next day to clean it. I will definitely schedule Cutting Edge again.

Fourth visit, and again, from Estimator to Service, very professional and thorough. Special shout out to Trevor, looked carefully at every window and made sure they were very clean. Trevor has done a great job cleaning frames and rails as well.
Cutting Edge is becoming part of our annual maintenance.

These guys were amazing. Super fast, courteous and did a great clean up of our super mossy roof, even in the pouring rain. Would definitely recommend.

The work crew actually arrived 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. They quickly got to work to clean and treat the moss on the roof. They cleaned-up after. Very professional and timely. I would not hesitate to use their services again. A friendly bunch from owner to workers!
