Jake and his crew came out and cleaned my gutters and did a fantastic job. They were safe and knowledgeable of their work and were very friendly to work with. I will have them back again for ongoing care of my roof. I can trust them with their duties. A great crew.

We used Ace Home Services to clean and treat our roof 2 1/2 years ago right after moving to Eugene. They did an exceptional job. Since we are new to the PNW, they also gave us a clear explanation of the kind of roof care that is needed in this region. We have had them back annually, and this month we had them back again to clear off the unusual amount of debris that the past winter left on our roof. They found some small areas of moss, which they cleaned off at no extra charge. Fantastic service. They continue to be outstanding in terms of customer relations. I appreciate how carefully they explain things. We will continue to use them and recommend them very highly.

We had a great experience with Ace Home Services cleaning the Moss off our roof. They treated the roof, cleaned the gutters and left no mess. Several months later we had a few places that the Moss reappeared.
Ace Home Services called and checked if we needed any service they provided. We explained that we had a a few places that Moss had returned. They scheduled an appointment time and came back out and took care of the problem.

Ace just cleaned off my roof and my gutters. They had the best estimate around and were very professional. Jake was totally cool and personal and very thorough. I hadn’t been able to clean the roof in a few years and he meticulously got it back to tip top shape. He was also very friendly and accommodating about my dogs. He cleaned up all the dead moss and was careful to wash off the driveway and around the gutters. Excellent g job and I can’t recommend them enough!

We basically got a spa day for the house. Windows (inside and out), gutters, pressure washing, and the roof cleaned and treated. We couldn't be happier with the results. The two young men who worked with us, Dylan and Anthony, were cheerful, competent and asked at every turn if there was anything else we wanted done. It was a pleasure having them about. I was happy to have Dylan, along with Eric, arrive to clean the gutters on our two-story house with a metal roof because it’s not the easiest job, but Dylan cleaned them before. He knows we insist on safety first! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and as a team, and did a good job.

Ace has been thorough, on time, and good at handling uncommon situations, such as the V shape between my house and covered patio. Their choice of de-mossing chemical, sodium percarbonate, is probably the best option for health and environmental as well as performance reasons. And they are easy to reach by phone or email.

My house is under a canopy of Douglas Fir trees & once a year Ace cleans the roof and does an amazing job.

We used Ace Home Services to remove moss from our church's roof. They were there on time, cleaned all the moss from the roof, sprayed a "moss deterrent" solution on the shingles and cleaned up the property. Good value for the money.

The Ace crew arrived right on time, very friendly. Got the gutters cleaned, the roof soft washed and no mess left behind! They even cleaned my sky light. After they were done, it was explained what they did and how long the roof treatment would last (longer than I thought).
