I called on Wednesday for an estimate, it was given to me over the phone, made an appointment for Friday, they called me 20mins before the appt on Fri, arrived early per their announcement and were finished deep cleaning my couch and double ottoman with spill treatment inside of an hour. The workers Layton and Cody were friendly, professional, thorough and courteous. We'll have them back to do carpets. Zerorez has been around 20+yrs and have a great reputation 🙌

We are very satisfied with the services today with zerorez. We didn’t expect our carpets to look like how it did when we first moved in. But after 6 years and 2 kiddos, we were beyond shocked of how professionally cleaned these carpets have turned out. It exceeded our expectations, love how they look, feel, and smell. Shoutout to our carpet cleaner Layton, who came in. He was so professional, informative, great customer service/vibes, pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job on educating us so in the future we can maintain our carpets and make sure we’re getting a great deal, eco- friendly supplies, reasonable price, etc. This was our second time with them, my mother had them in the past and she was absolutely thrilled when she came over and saw how beautiful our carpets were. The technician Layton was on time.and Very professional and nice. Me and my wife have had this couch for 4 years and it also had a previous owner. Our daughter has spilled juice, milk and other beverages and foods on it over the years. We were for sure we needed to replace the couch. My wife wouldn’t even sit on this couch anymore because of the smell. But we gave Zerorez a try and are so happy we did. Layton was able to get rid of the smell and now it’s her favourite couch again. The price was 150$ super reasonable for all the time and care Layton took to evaluate and treat it properly. I highly recommend this company.

Not happy with our service today. Technicians arrived told us that we would need to pay extra for deeper cleaning. Ended up spending $324 when original quote was $169. Paid extra to have deeper cleaning for our lower den area and stairwell. Stains still present. Stair treading dirty at edges. Original spots reappeared as carpet dried. The technicians spent 45 minutes total cleaning three rooms and a stairwell. Shoddy work. Very dissatisfied.. Disappointing as we have used this company for many years. Learned they are under new management and the quality is not the same. Diid not appreciate the surprise hike in estimate at the time of arrival. There should never be a tiered quality carpet cleaning service. And the lack of transparency in service and level of cleaning and price should be shared with customers upfront. Will not use this company again.

We found a great company!!! Boy were we impressed! They sent a team of 2 to do our 2 story house windows! The team leader was very thorough to check and recheck to make sure the windows were beautiful! The owner came in the morning to make sure the team had all they needed. No squeegee or wiping of the exterior windows. They have a water filter and water power brush that left no spots! I was amazed. Each team was so respectful and hard working! We struggled to find a good window company and power washing...we landed on a treasure!!

Jose was very pleasant and a hard worker. Was able to dig out my overfull gutters with ease and cleaned up after he was finished. He is also working on painting my house weather permitting.

Ace Roof Care is awesome. Andy, the owner, came out and gave us a bid that was right in the sweet spot. It was a very busy time of the year for him but he was concerned that a gutter that was overflowing by the front door might be causing problems and he said he'd have somebody out the next day to do that section. The following morning all of his crews were committed so he came back and did it himself. Wow, that's customer service! All appointments and scheduling were made and kept with precision with frequent reminders. Today Tyler (the foreman) and Colby came out and did a very thorough job. They were right on time, made sure the job was done impeccably and left the surrounding area looking better than it did when they got there. We couIdn't be happier. I enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend Ace Roof Care!

ACE Home Services came through again. It had been a couple years since they were out to our home so a roof inspection was in order (all good). We scheduled an appointment for them to apply preventative moss control treatment to the roof and this was completed yesterday. As always, we couldn't be happier with ACE's prompt and courteous interactions and great overall service! We highly recommend this wonderful local business.

Ace Home Services cleaned my roof, gutters and skylights. The crew were on time, they were very responsive to my communications, and all of the work was completed to a very high standard. 100% professional! The site was spotless when they left. I highly recommend this business.

The entire process of getting an estimate from Andy, scheduling an appointment with Marlo, and then having Brandon come to the house to restore our roof was easy and went amazingly well. Our roof had not been cleaned in 12 years and had moss clumps the size of softballs growing on it. Our second story, north facing gutter also had started to sprout weeds that we could see from the backyard. Brandon actually arrived early on our scheduled day and did a spectacular job restoring the roof, cleaning the gutter and one very dirty skylight. Brandon also applied a treatment to stop new moss growth and finished by cleaning up the moss clumps that had made it to the ground. We were very happy with the results and well worth the cost of getting it done. Ace Roof Care is definitely who we will contact for future roof care needs. A big thank you to Andy, Marlo, and Brandon.

After talking to two other contractors about cleaning my roof, I selected Ace Home Services. They went the extra mile. While evaluating my roof, they noticed a broken gutter pipe and a breach where birds were nesting. Even with the extra work, their bid was advantageous, and they did all the work in timely and excellent fashion. Will call them again!

The customer service is unmatched. We had our roof and gutters cleaned and there was confusion on our part about the process, we emailed them and got a call from the owner himself, who took the time to patiently explain everything (including his qualifications, which I appreciated). He didn't let us get off the phone until we were satisfied and understood everything completely. All of the good reviews you see about this company's customer service can be taken seriously.

Both of the young men who came to our house did excellent work today. They made sure to take the time necessary to do the job right.. This company delivers high quality work and great customer service. Excellent communication between them (office, owner, and crew) and me the customer. They worked efficiently and did a thorough job of cleaning the moss off my roof, spraying the roof with moss treatment, cleaning the gutters, and repairing the gutters. They do good work at a fair price. I highly recommend and will use them again.

I absolutely love these guys! Andy and his team are amazing. I asked Andy to come and clean my roof because I thought it needed to be done. He could have done it and charged me for it, but he is so professional and ethical that he told me it didn't need to be done yet. He gave me some guidance on timeline for roof cleaning and what to watch for in case it does need to be done sooner. I became a customer for life that day.

I just hired them to come spray wash my house and clean my windows. Again, Andy gave me advice regarding some rotting fascia boards and had suggestions on how they could help me inexpensively repair it until a time I could combine it with another project and save money. They are always very quick to respond and are very professional in their method of communication. They send automated calendar reminders in addition to Marlo contacting you through email or phone if needed.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them!

Ace Home Services just cleaned the gutters and roofs of our attached housing units. They did a great job. They showed up on time and were very conscientious in performing the cleaning tasks. They were also very nice to deal with when questions came out. We would certainly have them do work for us again.

Found the whole experience in dealing with ACE very professional from bid all the way through job completion. Jake and crew arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner including cleaning up the entire job site. Will be using ACE again in the future.
