Kevin came out to Dallas from Salem and did an awesome job!! the carpet has not looked this good since it was new!!! the loveseat looks almost new as do the two recliners. highly recommend!!!!!

I didn’t have high hopes for my carpet to get clean, given the state of it. They blew my mind with how clean it got! It almost looks like it did the day I moved in over seven years ago!! If you’re on the fence I would 10000000/10 recommend them!

Technicians Tim & Timothy showed up EARLY, what a nice surprise. They both did excellent work and were polite, professional, friendly & hardworking. They went above and beyond, thanks Gentlemen!

The men were very friendly to us and our dogs. They did a great job on our home. They both had a fun time with our dogs.

Just ok. Charged me by the room but didn’t move any furniture… so they really only cleaned 1/4 of the rooms and were done with a 4 bedroom house in around 30min. They also didn’t put down corner protectors for their hoses, and marred a lot of baseboards and walls. Not really worth the value compared to other cleaners who go the distance.

I had a very experienced person from Stanley steamer A person with10 years and he made so much sense with everything we talked about and the floors look amazing and !! I was very happy with the price point as well

Shane and Zach were absolutely amazing! The carpet hadn’t been cleaned (the correct way) its entire life. I almost looks new!!! The carpet is over 20 years old! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Such a friendly folk. Polite, hardworking and I could easily sense they cared about what they were doing, and were happy to move a large item I needed help with moving.
Also I feel soooo much safer returning to my room after healing myself from years of chronic illness it is important to me to limit exposure to high toxin loads and I am just so happy to have found a toxic free, organic source!!!

Editing my review. After today i go elsewhere. They were 45 minutes late and had my appt for one when I confirmed non they come out spray and use a “buffer” there was still dirt on my carpet. I stopped the job and sent them away. I’ve gone to them before and never had a problem. Taking my business elsewhere this isn’t the first time I’ve gone to them I get things happen last guy didn’t even do my closet and again they forgot about my appt to fix it. Go elsewhere

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were timely and professional and went above and beyond our expectations. They also charged us considerably less than the big, commercial companies quoted us.

I just had our bedroom carpets cleaned by True Green carpet cleaning and they were great! Super fast and efficient and it's all safe, pet friendly, and eco friendly products! They did all three rooms in about 40 minutes and it will dry in an hour, way better than doing it myself!

I requested for Yelp to contact multiple carpet cleaners to give me an estimate. Ryan responded quickly and with the best estimate of the three local businesses. The job was scheduled within a week, which was great. Mateo arrived a few minutes early this morning and started on time. He was friendly, professional, respectful and polite. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets in three bedrooms and the hallway. He also cleaned an area rug. I have already referred True Green and Mateo to two neighbors.
