Travis & Kevin arrived on time & got to work quickly. They offered up a couple of extra add choices & then proceeded with the job efficiently & we’re done in about an hour. Travis gave me clear instructions about drying time, etc. Both were professional, kind & hard working. Thank you - my carpet & stairs look bright & clean for the holidays!

They did a great job, moved furniture for me, very thorough job and quick! My carpet looks new again! They did 4 rooms, a landing/hallway, and a set of stairs in just about an hour and it looks great. I’ll be using them again next year!

Kevin did a great job! We had the carpet in the house we bought cleaned by Shepherd and it smelled awful! Now they smell wonderful! I just wish I had called Stanley Steamer first!

Casey and Alex were very professional thorough, and detail oriented to the job. We are very very satisfied with the thorough cleaning, as well as the improved and noticeable appearance. Casey was excellent in explaining the process before and after completing the work. He was a pleasure to work, and has actually cleaned carpets here previously. Keven did a great job, was proffessional and deffinetly knew what he was doing!! Best carpet cleaning ever! In fact going to get him back again soon to have our tile cleaned. Would deffinetly reccomend keven and stanley steamer!!!

The guys arrive timely, we’re very friendly and professional. This is the second time I have had Stanley clean my carpets and have been very happy with the results both times. Had several stains, but they are gone. Nick provided good information and recommendations for dealing with stains. I had three bedrooms cleaned and paid $250 plus. Later that afternoon I saw a coupon and smart chopper for $175 for three rooms. Just wish they had given me the opportunity to use. Otherwise they were great and I will definitely use them again.

They were very professional and nice. However I should have gone back in and done a walk through with them. The main reason we called for cleaning is puppy potty spots and urine smell from the puppy potty spots. We paid extra for the enzyme and deodorizer and to put the seal on. Alot of the puppy urine spots remain and still smell like urine. I know they would come out. They come out when we use our cheap handheld carpet shampooer. I was told on the phone they would pretreat if needed in spots, I don't think that occured. They told my husband it turned out great and he paid without going inside to look first. This was $500 for part of 3 bedrooms, part of a living room and short hall. I feel like my time and money was wasted on a sub-par service. I'm really disappointed 😞

Tim and Tim arrived in a timely fashion. They conveyed information in a personal and professional manner. I appreciate being informed of the need for the duct cleaning. This was done in a clear fashion so I could understand the process. Therefore, I approved their estimate and proposal, and they completed the work in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with the informed outcome.!!!!!!!

Tim and Tim did a great job cleaning the carpet today. They spent a little extra time and did one of my area rugs. Everything came out perfect appreciate their great expertise and friendly service. Thank you Stanley Steemer for having such good technicians is working for you.

Kevin did a great job. Took time to explain what needed to be done, how to clean my laminate floor better, went over billing. Got coffee stains out and made my reclinets look so much better. Everything looked great afterwards.
