Great service, even though we had to reschedule from last week. Makes my 20+ year old carpet look new again! And I love that I don't have to wait half a day for it to be dry.

I found EVCC when I had an emergency during the holidays. They responded quickly and did the best carpet cleaning job I've ever had! I will use them from now on.

Not good. Carpet was too wet for too long and I still have some problem spots. Didn't put anything under feet of furniture to protect them against the damp carpet. Won't use them again. I used them several times before they were bought out by someone else and recommended them to my friends only to have them unhappy with the results.

Lain did a fantastic job detailing out the P.U.R.T. process for pet stains...my hallway was my dogs marking ground..and the black light made the spots glow! Very fascinating trick. The odors are gone and very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Emerald Valley Chem-Dry.

Chem Dry/Ian saved me from buyer's remorse re: my new luxury vinyl plank floor from which I could not remove fine dust residue after a remodeling despite multiple attempts @ vacuuming/dusting/mopping with microfiber cloth.

However, their carbonated H2O cleaning solution in combination with their heavy duty buffer/ cloth buffing pads did the trick. At
last, I can enjoy my refurbished kitchen/family room. Thank you, thank you!

Andy Schalbrack did great work cleaning our carpets in our work space. After being cleaned, the carpets look and feel much fresher than before. He made sure we felt taken care of.

They did a fantastic job. I was worried about my wool carpets warping from the heat and the water but they look great. They use a carbonated water system that makes the dirt and debris rise to the top without saturating through to the pad. I would definitely use EVCDCC again!

The owners performed the carpet service and we received above average service. They went above and beyond to restore our well loved carpets to a near new condition. Great job Emerald Valley Chem-Dry!

Andy serviced our apartment after we had just moved in and found dog urine all over the apartment. He was very professional, polite, funny, and extremely nice. He answered all of our questions and concerns, cleaned up after himself very well.

Somehow there was a misunderstanding as for the time of the appointment. I needed to have my carpet shampooed late Friday because we had an early open house scheduled Saturday. They thought it was scheduled during the open house. Since they were all booked the owner of the company (himself) came by after hours Friday night and shampooed the carpet and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend Emerald Valley Chem Dry

My dad is in an assisted living and Lain did a fantastic job on his furniture. I asked the team at his home and they said his furniture smelled and looked so much better. Lain is now going out every 6 months to clean his furniture. Highly recommend this company.

I called with very short notice to get carpets cleaned as my family was moving into a new house. The response was to find a way to get the job done when we needed it. Worked out great as the carpets needed the cleaning and the job done was excellent.

Andy with Emerald Valley Chem-Dry went above and beyond on the carpets in our rental. The job took twice as long as expected, and was done extremely thoroughly. Communication was excellent. Great service!

I thought about going with another company, but I didn't like the idea of adding more water to clean the carpets with when we already live in a "wet" state, so I opted for Chem Dry and the result was more than I'd hoped for. Tiger and Austin were polite, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. (oh....and the drying time was cut in half!)

Chem-Dry is a very professional company, does an excellent job in cleaning my carpets, sealing the tile floor and grout, and offering superb advice and service. Their prices are reasonable and they offer good value for the dollar. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. Ian there tech was out about 1 hour after my call and did a great job, he was polite courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me how their system works I was very impressed. I Highly recommend them!

The young man, Iian, who cleaned my recliner & carpet was a very, very pleasant person to have in my home. He did an excellent job. My recliner & carpet look like new again. I thought the price I paid was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Very prompt, good communication for appointment and serviceman. Carpet looks very clean, and stain removed well. Super professional guy who came to clean- texted me when done.
Chem Dry cost a lot more than regular carpet cleaners, but the did a “sanitize” prior to cleaning as well, and they use a different kind of cleaning process than regular carpet cleaners.

Was just done today, so I’ll try to follow up in a month or two with how well it’s holding up. (1000 sq ft= $800 for Chem Dry VS $450 for Anderson janitorial last year).
