We were very pleased with their services. We were able to get an appointment the same week. Iain was polite, professional, and friendly. He worked quickly and the carpet dried really fast. Looks wonderful!

Andy did a fantastic job. We had spots and heavily trafficked areas that I never expected to look as good as they do now that he cleaned them. He was thorough, persistent and pleasant to work with. Thanks Andy for all your hard work!

Very polite and professional. Some places were not dry until nearly 24 hours later......mostly upholstery. Overall a very good job!! Ian is a wonderful, asset to you company!! I would love having him as my grandson!!!

My mother-in-law lives in a two bedroom apartment in an assisted living facility. Her husband recently passed and she needed a thorough cleaning of all the carpets and the upholstered furniture. Liam to the rescue! He arrived promptly at 2:30pm and stayed until EVERYTHING was done (at 9:45pm). He was, to say the least, AMAZING. My FIL’s chair was badly soiled and now it looks like new. The carpets are amazing. Some stains could not be removed (Liam warned us that could happen) but they are CONSIDERABLY improved.
I cannot say enough about this young man. He explained all the different processes involved and worked tirelessly to get things clean. He was an absolute GEM.
This was the second time we used this carpet cleaning service, last time Ian was involved, but he had the sniffles and the center would not allow him in, due to COVID. We are 100% satisfied and impressed by this service! Service was performed on 11/3/2020.

These guys are the best! Went above and beyond to make sure that everything was super clean and up beyond our expectations. We were moving into a new house that had dogs and the carpets had a terrible smell that didn’t seem to go away with a rug doctor cleaning. Thank you to Liam and the team for everything! Perry and his team have been helping me when I have rental property turnover get the carpets spic and span. Affordable and dry within two hours so I can show the property to prospective tenants. Never had an issue with spot cleaning either or pet urine. Highly recommend vs. the other one man shops.

Iain was prompt, professional, and absolutely fantastic at his job. I had 4 bedrooms, a living room, hallways, and a den all in very dirty shape. I didn't expect that Iain could get them so clean. I was very pleasantly surprised! Iain was kind, courteous, and explained a lot to us as he went. He worked on that carpet for a good 4 hours! I was very impressed. Give that kid a raise!!! 😊

Andy was highly professional when talking us through getting our carpets cleaned. We had several areas with pet stains and odor deeply set in the carpet. Immediately after giving the go-ahead on the estimate (which was timely and thorough.) Andy got right to work on our carpets and left it smelling and looking brand new!

I truly appreciated the service! They were great about communicating their time of arrival, informed me about the product and did an amazing job! We had three bedrooms and an area rug cleaned. We sold our house and are moving out. They did so great I’m having them come to the new house to clean 2 - 8’ couches! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Chem-Dry is a fantastic carpet cleaning business. I've been a customer for about 4 years now. Today Andy arrived on the dot of 8am, after giving me a heads-up call 15 minutes beforehand. I had neglected to inform Chem-Dry of a red wine stain on my cream colored carpet and Andy tackled the problem with gusto. He added a process to try to lift the wine out of the carpet (through buffing the carpet) before adding the cleaner and the final vacuum. He did it! I thought the wine stain was permanent but he was able to remove most of it. The entire time Andy was courteous, kind, and worked quickly as I was about to start my work day. Andy had at his fingertips the discounts I was eligible for and factored those into the cost without my prompting. Once again, this was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Chem-Dry and Andy!

The service we were given from Emerald Valley Chem-Dry was exactly what we needed and exceptionally happy with the results. Our service technician was Andy; he was friendly, professional and realistic with what services we may need and what the outcome would be. We were renting our house out and the previous tenants had animals that had pet odor and stains throughout the house. After Andy cleaned the designated areas there was no signs of odor or stains. We highly recommend Andy and EVCD for any of your carpet needs!

Barry did a great job on our carpet. I was very happy with the results. All stains and traffic pattern dirt was removed. No smell and the process used much less water than I expected. I’m pleased to recommend this company. Barry was on time and professional. I will definitely used them again

Loved the work these guys did! Cleaned up our staircase carpet (full of pet fur and there had been some recent puppy accidents) and did the best they could getting water stains out of our outdoor furniture Sunbrella cushions. Not all of the cushions came out looking perfect but I think there wasn't much more these guys could have done; most now look like new. Thanks for setting my mind at ease! I was afraid I was going to have to replace most of them.

Purchased a sectional on FB Marketplace and it needed a good cleaning. Emerald Valley had competitive rates and quick availability. They were amazing in following up on services provided and I would recommend them to anyone needing their furniture cleaned.

Andy was awesome! I have had Chem Dry come to my house and clean several times and they have always been great, but Andy was the best so far! He was thorough and did a wonderful job with both my carpets and couches. He was friendly and respected my home. Highly recommend :)

UPDATE: 10/26/24 After only a few months, carpets look dirty again. I was told there was a protectant added to make clean ups in the future easier, it did not. Fast dry time, pretty spendy for what I got.

Wow! Ty was able to come on short lead time and did an amazing job. The carpets look so much better and the houses smell cleaner. I wish I had taken 'before' photos to show the transformation. I would highly recommend going with this company!

Ty was able to come & deeply clean my huge sectional, with exceptional care. This couch has been sitting in storage for 5 years & is in much better shape after he left. Not only that, he was available to show up barely an hour after I called. Amazing
