I use Leaf Filter at my home and they have been very responsive where I had an issue with a gutter that was installed by one of their contractors. They came back out to remedy a water flow problem and the technician was quick and knowledgable. So far, no further issues.

It does not work as they advertise. The mesh clogs with dirt, roof granules, needles and leaves. Water flows over the mesh without going into the gutters. Warranty is worthless because it only guarantees the gutters will stay clear, not that water will enter and flow to the downspout. We purchased them to prevent the need to climb a ladder and have already had to climb up three times this month to clear the debris off the mesh. Repeated calls and email to service line has not fixed the problems. Wish I had seen about the Class Action Lawsuit against them before buying. Believing the hype was the worst/most costly mistake of our home ownership

Although expensive, appears to be an excellent product. There was a disconnect between the sales rep and installers on the work order, and one long gutter over the garage was not initially addressed. I had to point it out as the installers were leaving. After some discussions with their management and rounding up of additional supplies, it was taken care of. John, the sales rep, was very nice and informative but did try to bs his way through a question on ice dam risk, not knowing how they are formed. Finally, departure cleanup could have been better. Overall, I was satisfied but there was room for some improvement.

I have lost a lot of money by buying this product all in the hopes of improving the care of my home. To date it has been my worst financial decision. The filters prevent much of the rainwater from flowing into my gutters leaving the water to splash on the ground and against my foundation and siding and anything else around the house. The result is wood that is swelling, moss and mildew on the house where the water from the roof runs off. Water pours down roof valleys and in one spot I have resorted to collecting it in a 65 gallon yard debris can which I then have to bale out as it fills to capacity on any rainy day. I have much more stress in terms of gutter care than I ever did without these expensive gutter guards. The company has not worked with me regarding my concerns. If I could start over I would contract with a gutter cleaning service and save myself a lot of stress and money.

We enjoyed working with all Leaf Filter employees. From the first contact drumming up interest, the salesman presenting what the company had to offer, to the installer….all were competent and friendly.

Tom is a great salesman, polite friendly and new what he's saying. Our installer was friendly and did a great job, faster then we thought possible.

Jamie, our estimater, was wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to work up a project we could accept. The installers were fast, professional and the entire project was completed in minimum time. We couldn't be more satisfied. At 86 I no longer need to climb ladders or be on the roof. Thank you!

Being a salesperson for over 25 years, myself, I have no patience for a pushy , salesman. With that said, let me tell you the guys that left filter consult, they don't push. They come in, they show you how their product will work for you.They tell you about their product and let you make a decision based on good information. They never put down their competition which I am immediately turned off of any salesman that will bash competition.And these people did not do this other gutter companies, yes, that's why I didn't go with the previous one.

The installers showed app nice and early but not too early and got the job done.These young men I expected to see them take their time lollygag , a little bit , but no , they were right down to business and very professional.

The installer was professional and clean with his work and made sure we knew what the warranty was and the guarantee. He was local and able to accommodate our schedule and came back to get the payment when the job was all done.

Gave them a gracious two rating because I am to blame for not doing these three things.
Didn’t do proper research of both products and companies. Many times the product earns great reviews and the company not so much.
Didn’t demand or receive a contract with a full description and scope of work. This lead to two visits with incorrect colors and whole sections of gutter missing.
Signed completion form and authorization for payment before work was successfully completed. This lead to even more visits or no shows before everything was finally finished to the level of quality and professional installation they promised.
Do these three things and you will have a much better experience than I did. I’ve asked for a partial refund but they claim it doesn’t matter how long it takes, or how many days I sat at home for no one to come, or the work to be of poor quality, they eventually got it right. Total phone calls 7, text messages in the dozens, and weeks to complete just the porch and garage and upper roof 7.

Enough with cleaning gutters. 15 years living in a forest, mostly fir trees. Love it. Our final home if all goes well! Have no interest in living anywhere else. Have been looking into some type of gutter guard, even bought some from Costco but returned when I realized the pine needles would pass right through!
Jeremy from LeafFilter came out. I made an appointment after filling out some information on line and got an immediate response (as I was filling out the form🤔). We talked about a gutter system, my concerns, his observations about my gutters. One needed to be replaced, I knew about that. The rest were all in good shape, house and shop building. We went over the product, I liked the fine mesh screen and the reinforcement. We discussed cleaning the gutters ( they were full), repairing any gutter issues found (not any he could see but they would recaulk), the warranty (transferable) and installation procedure of the gutters filters to the gutters and ashfault shingles.
Set a date to install, Ben called to confirm and we changed the date for weather concerns (snow, in fact got some). Jorge came out 9am as promised, alone. I was concerned! He was AMAZING! Some gutters were in fact frozen but he completed the job by 5:30pm. When he left, I found 1 screw in some bushes, otherwise there was no evidence any one had been here.
It appears he did a good job, now just need to wait and see if the product does it's job. I rarely give 5 stars, I am doing this based on Jeremy and Jorge! I will repost after winter and in a year to comment on the product. I am expecting the gutters to be covered next fall in oak, maple and fir leaves and needles but to be draining well and hopefully wind blown or blower removed. Photos show product installed on 2/20/26. As for price, not inexpensive, but difficult to compare. Some other reviews did post cost, and ours seemed in line.
I will defer my final star count to give the product time to preform.
