We had our 2 year old carpets cleaned w/ Zero Rez and they look like the same. The tech convinced me I need the extra stain treatment and protective sealing. After arriving home none of the stains look any different, nor do the carpets even look clean. You can still see the line from where the couch was. After speaking with the tech, he said these were surface stains and would come out. There is a very musty smell throughout the house. I was very excited to try out ZeroRez and now I’m sadly disappointed.

The photo the tech sent upon completion was of the main living room facing away from the stains. I feel this is very misleading. I called customer service as was directed to email their complaint team. I’ve sent 3 emails now with no reply.

Awesome job. Chris was phenomenal. She was a hard worker and our home looks great. We will definitely recommend her in the future !!!!!

I thought Chris did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, worked efficiently, and very professional. We so enjoyed her attention to detail. We would be glad to recommend her to anyone looking for having their carpets cleaned.

The upholstery cleaning was sufficient. However, the carpet cleaning experience leaves a lot to be desired. If you have pets BEWARE, the quote given will be more than doubled to give "quality cleaning" to your carpets. I was left with a sub-par job and marks on the walls and chunks from the dry wall on the freshly painted rooms. At a loss of an entire day, a process that I expected to take a few hours took 7 hours to complete. Definitely not going to be a return customer.

Cancellation happened, so was called to fill in the time. Tech arrived, but his equipment wasn’t working, so he had to call the owner to come help. So tech was here quite a lon time. We thought it would be appropriate for them to give us a discount because of the inconvenience. None was offered. Poor business practice.

Leyton (sp?) was very professional, kind and personable. Provided lots of information and guidance. Did a detailed clean on our carpet. We are very pleased.

Terrible customer service. The lady was extremely rude, hidden fees and pushy sales guy. When they got to the house to do the job, they were trying to up charge things we didn’t need or want. Three rooms for $99 turned into $275. To be fair $80 of that one for stairs.

Professional and friendly service. Carpets and furniture look fantastic. Even got out stains. Clearly stated what and why was done. Explained the warranty and what is covered. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

It was a perfect experience. I had previously booked with another service who didn't show up so I called.zerorez they booked an appointment within a few days. They came out when they had scheduled. I received a text letting me know that my tech was 45 minutes away, so I was able to prepare. She came in. She was very nice very easy to deal with explained everything very efficient and quick did a beautiful job. Highly recommended will use the service regularly.

The worker was great. I am not sure after several years I will use you again because it cost me more to clean the throw rug than it would have cost me to buy a new one. Prices doubled what I was quoted for a two room clean. Thanks!

Didn’t show up between 8am-10am like they said they would. I would’ve appreciated a phone call ahead of time. They called me almost at 10am saying they’d be 30 minutes late. I had things going on I already waited 2 hours so that didn’t work. Then they said they could stay later and come back the same day, so I said 4:30pm-5pm would work, and they agreed, but then I get a text asking if I would be back by 4pm? I said 4:30-5pm. They did not respect my time, and I really don’t appreciate it. Terrible communication, I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone that’s got a busy schedule.

We called at 9:30 am for a quote and less than two hours later they had finished cleaning the carpet at our commercial office space. We are very pleased with the results!

Very professional technician, she arrived early in the reservation window which was great. She worked quickly and efficiently—the bedroom carpets look wonderful, like they are brand new!

Definitely recommend Zerorez! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! Showed me all the bad areas/stains in my carpet and told me what she would to to get rid of them and make my carpet look better. She was very efficient and left my carpets looking very clean!

Competitive, fast & friendly... I was initially apprehensive to using national company but when I called around they had the best rate, and most comprehensive offer.. when the technician (Kris) showed up she was fast efficient and described everything to me, highly recommended.

Kris gave excellent service and did a great job on very old and stained carpet. Love that ithey use cleaning substances that are healthy for people and environment! Also because they don’t have to use as much water, it dries faster which prevents bacteria and mold growing. I highly recommend ZeroRez! I would never use any old school carpet cleaners again.

I’m leaving this review in real time. We had a messy potty training incident. I called at 1:30 pm and it’s about 3 pm and they’re done. They had a sale and were able to get us a deal so we had all three carpeted rooms in our house cleaned. We’ve used them in the past for less urgent issues as well and they always take good care of us.
