We've used Ace Home Services since we moved into our home 5 years ago. They inspect and clean our roof and gutters every year and treat our roof when needed. Aside from the work being professional, timely, and fair in price they stand by their work. I wasn't as satisfied with the last job and contacted them. Within an hour the owner was on-site to inspect the work done. He agreed it was not up to their normal standard and had a crew on-site that same day to redo the entire job. Above and beyond! I would and have recommended Ace Home Services to my neighbors and friends and will continue to use them in the future.

Paul and his co-worker(sorry, I forgot his name) did a great job. They were also professional, polite and easy to interact with. My gutters and roof are clean and they did a good job of cleaning up the fallen debris afterward. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Ace Home Services

Today, Andy Renfro came out to give us an estimate and / or assessment of the condition of our roof and gutters. He told my wife that our roof was in great shape and to contact him if, in the future, when we wanted it cleaned. As for the gutters, the same thing and a referral to a gutter repair company. Andy also gave us a few tips on gutter maintenance.

I would just like to say that Andy was very kind, courteous, and a real professional. Even though we did not need any work done, he still represented himself and the company in a very professional way. Cannot say enough about this company from my 1st inquiry. Top notch 👌 and highly recommend them for any and all jobs. Thank you!

As I am new to the Pacific Northwest, this was my first experience with roof cleaning. I was very impressed by Ace Home Services. In addition to cleaning and treating the roof, they repaired some attic vent and ducts that extend from the roof. They also trimmed back some tree branches overhanging the roof. The men who did the work were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. They kept us informed throughout the process, and the quality of the work is excellent. We will use them for an annual roof service, and we also will contact them for a bid on painting our home next spring. I recommend them most highly.

Today I had my roof soft cleaned and my gutters cleaned. The guys did a great job! They showed up right on time. They were very friendly and professional and they got the job done efficiently. I’ll be using them over and over for maintenance. Thanks guys.

Over several years, my concrete tile roof had built up enough moss to pool rain water and block runoff. I got five bids from local firms, four of which I found unsatisfactory due to projected work methods and environmentally unsafe materials. Andy came out promptly, gave me a fair bid for cleaning and treating the tiles safely, and made an appointment for the work to be done the same week. The workmen were careful, thorough, and neat, leaving my yard, walkway and deck very clean after the job was finished. They even promised to come back in six months and re-treat the roof tiles at no additional cost! Ace Home Services is the only roof and gutter cleaning firm I will call from now on. I highly recommend them.

Added 2/25/23: This company is 5-star! Tyler was here on time (early, in fact!) and did a terrific job clearing out the valleys on my tile roof that had become clogged with debris. As part of the promised follow-up, he re-sprayed the tiles to keep moss from growing back and cleared off all of the debris that fell onto my walkway and deck. I was impressed by his professionalism and work ethic, and plan to make an appointment for gutter cleaning in the Fall.

Colby did an outstanding job cleaning our roof and gutters. He even went above and beyond and thoroughly cleaned our skylights. Everyone in the company was professional and a pleasure to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ace!

I've been meaning to leave a review for some time now. In the spring of this year Ace came out and treated my roof. The roof didn't clean up the way that I or Ace expected and they came out to look at it again. When they realized I was not happy with the result they came up with a plan and address the issue immediately. The results were fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

They did a fantastic job cleaning my roof! There was also some challenges with a clogged gutter that they were able to address and notified me immediately of those challenges. They left the walkways cleaning than when they started, which is amazing! I will definitely continue to use Ace Home Services for my roofing care.

I had a soft wash done on the roof and siding of my home, with about 10 years of algae and moss buildup. They did a really great job and made the house look completely refreshed. Customer service was prompt and thorough from start to finish, and the technicians that came out were really friendly and right on time, a bit early, even! I will call them again in the future and recommend to some friends as well.

Called for roof and gutter service. They were booked out a couple weeks but put us on a call list. The next day they called and said they had a crew open up so they came right out. A young man named Dylan cleaned our roof and I am very pleased with the result. Dylan went beyond the minimum in that he discussed with me some issues with the roof and downspouts that provided me with useful information. An all around fine performance! I will continue to use Ace for this type of service.

Needed to get our roof and gutters cleaned and treated, and we are so happy we went with Ace. Everyone we worked with was responsive and professional, and despite some unavoidable rescheduling due to weather, we had no issues throughout the process. Andy, our estimator, was very friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time, did a great job explaining the process, and gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot with no pressure to make an appointment immediately. Scheduling and rescheduling was easy, and they were very communicative with appointment emails and reminders. Paul and his crew arrived on time, and did an excellent job and our roof looks better than ever. Overall very happy with the service received, and will definitely keep them in mind for future needs and refer others to do the same!

Jake was very communicative. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. He was 15 minutes early to my appointment. Both guys were very meticulous and left my house and yard clean. Well done guys!! I will be requesting Jake for future work with Ace.

I had another 5 star job by Ace Home Services. The crew arrived on time and briefed me on the job. They then cleaned my RV pad, driveway and sidewalk. The RV pad had not been cleaned in 2-3 years and so the moss was very thick in spots. After they finished, I could see that the area was very clean!! I will definitely have the team return next year!!

Great outfit. Second year I’ve used them to clean and treat my concrete tile roof. This year I added second story windows. Good decision! Jake and Dylan did a great job. The windows sparkle.
