I used Cutting Edge several times for window cleaning, gutter and roof cleaning, and this time power washing. They are the best!
Robert and David were excellent, they did a phenomenal job of getting moss off our driveway, sidewalk, garage pad, between pavers, steps and retaining wall. It was supposed to be a 2 day job but they got it done in one. Everything looks so good!

From the estimate to completion of the job each person we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Laker arrived on time, did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. This was our second time using Cutting Edge and they'll be our go to in the future.

The estimate I was given for Christmas light service included taking the lights down, but that was verbal with no itemized written copy of services given to me. I paid up front the total amount and got a surprise bill later charging for the take down of the lights even after having received an e-mail receipt specifically for the take down service. The person who took the lights down told me again that the service was included in the upfront payment. My advise is to get everything in writing before you write a check.

We've used Cutting Edge for both windows and gutters and they have done a good job. Very courteous employees, on time with appointments and solid work.

We’ve used Cutting Edge for several years and have always been happy with the quality and professionalism of their work. Jason and his team are terrific to work with. We have a pretty large house and I shouldn’t be on a ladder at my age so we’ve relied on Cutting Edge to clean our roof, gutters, windows and hang our Christmas Lights.

The estimate process was good with a reasonable price. My project was to blow off the roof and gutter guards. The person that came to do the job was polite and very safety conscious. He did an excellent job of blowing off the roof.

Cutting Edge always does a great job for us. This time we had gutters cleaned, exterior windows cleaned, and the decks power washed. Everything is super clean, it was reasonably priced, and the staff are so professional and just very nice people. Thank you!

I would like to say Thank You to Cutting Edge Window Cleaners for the great job they did for me. Jacon came out to do the bid on my window washing job and he was very helpful & explained their process, price per window, gave me a price for the job and a time they would be here to do the work. On the scheduled day Theo & David were here right on time and did an excellent job cleaning my windows but more than that they had a great attitude. Before they left they asked if I was satisfied with the work or if there was anything more they needed to do. Very nice experience! Thanks again for a job well done.

Great customer service, super responsive, and had the most reasonable price for the services we wanted. The guys completing the job were courteous and communicative. They worked hard and stayed until the job was done. Robert even offered to come back and put up our replacement screens after we had them re-screened. Cutting Edge is awesome and we will definitely use them again and again!

I just had the roof moss removed, gutters cleaned, moss killer applied, and windows cleaned. They showed up right on time and worked flat out, then cleaned up beautifully, and in all respects gave much attention to detail. They are courteous, friendly, and genuinely enjoy making it right. Wow. Their price was quite reasonable, and I will definitely have them back in the future. HIGHLY recommended.

This company lives up to the name. The make sure their people are trained for problem solving. My house has many hard to reach areas windows and roof. They did a fantastic job! I didn't think it was possible to get my roof looking so good, because it was so bad. The windows sparkled. I got teary when I drove up, it looked that good. Definitely a recommend from me. I highly recommend Cutting Edge. I live on the McKenzie River, where moss grows wild and free on *everything* I hired Cutting Edge while preparing to host a large celebration at my home. They came to my house to estimate the work (cleaning the moss from my roof, washing our skylights and picture windows inside & out, and pressure-washing our large and mossy decks & walkways). The followed up with a timely and reasonable bid, got me on their schedule, showed up promptly, and then spent two days getting everything clean. The crew was polite, hard-working and efficient, and checked with me throughout to make sure I was satisfied. They also pressure-washed a few small items we'd missed in the initial walkthrough. Overall a great experience; I'll be hiring them again.

Strongly recommend Cutting Edge for their services… they present as a big company which can sometimes be a turn off, but they conduct their business like a small business that really cares. Their communication is excellent, prices are very reasonable, and the crew that treated our roof for moss was courteous, competent, and did a good job. I would use them again without hesitation.

We contacted Cutting Edge to come out and bid for gutter and roof cleaning. Our house is a difficult one for these services, but Cutting Edge gave us a fair quote (unlike most services that outright refused). The two man crew that came out were courteous, worked quickly and did such a great job that my neighbors noticed how nice it looked. We will be using them again and recommend them for gutters for sure!

Cutting Edge was very professional in providing us a detailed bid and answering our questions. Laker showed up on time, was very courteous, he did an excellent job of cleaning our windows, tracks and screens. They will be the ones we will call in the future when our windows need to be cleaned again.

Beware! We had a person come out to quote us on cleaning the roof for our 1,150ft house in Eugene. We weren't sure if we needed to buy a new roof or just get it cleared and the person told us it just needed to be cleaned after taking a look at it. The person quoted us around $700 and said we needed to pay half up front which we did. A few days later on the scheduled day to do the cleaning we get a message after they didn't show up at 8:00 that it was too cold so they would be coming later. Eventually when they showed up they started to brush the roof and quickly decided that they were damaging it by brushing it. Now they won't refund us all the money that was paid for the first half of the payment nor will they take responsibility for any of the damage they did to the roof while they were there.

In response: If you noticed that the roof was fragile and aged and proceeded to recommend a cleaning anyways that seems like a poor business practice. "The inspection" occurred during the quoting process that was "free of charge". No work was "completed", just some damage done to the roof by your employee as they brushed the roof. I fully understand that your employees need to be compensated for their time, but the error that occurred here was made by your company when you recommended a cleaning of a "fragile and aged" roof and then proceeded to damage it. The customer should not be the one responsible for your error. A transparent and ethical local business would take responsibility for their employees mistakes.

I hired Cutting Edge Window Cleaning Services to install my Christmas lights and outdoor displays this year. The two gentlemen who were sent to assemble them for me, Dylan and Miguel, were extremely thorough and did an excellent job. They even stayed an extra hour to finish putting the rest of the rope lights up along the perimeter of the fence in my backyard with the wind and rain blowing and coming down in intermittent sheets. I felt like they totally went above and beyond their assignment, and they deserve many ‘kudos’ for their dedication and performance.
As a result of the outstanding service I received from this company, I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and reliability for any job that you would hire them to perform. That’s why I have given Cutting Edge Window Cleaning Services a 5 star rating.

We received a very professional estimate of the work to be done. The estimator listened carefully to what we were asking for and the written estimate reflected those instructions. The team that did the work was on time, very courteous, and efficient. The pressure washing of the house was absolutely satisfactory, but the exterior window cleaning knocked it out of the park. Not one drip or spot to be found anywhere! I'm done doing my exterior windows myself; Cutting Edge is the way to go.
