Had to take some rugs in because my cat had a lil accident. The gentleman who helped me (I can't remember his name, I'm so sorry) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to drop these rugs off and get an estimate and I left with new knowledge of how these cleaners and solutions work, how salt in animal urine affects the cleaning process, and how the dyes in the rug might interact with the cleaning solution and what I could expect after I got the rug back. I thoroughly appreciate the fact that all of this was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. I felt respected and I really appreciated the opportunity to learn something new. If I ever need my rugs cleaned again, I will be coming back here in the future.

We purchased a 70 year old wool Pakistani 9' X 12' rug which badly needed cleaning. We were recommended to the Atiyeh Brothers in Eugene Or. They evaluated the rugs age and condition and informed us of the possibility of ink migration due to the type of ink used on this type of rug. They assured me that great care and attention would be given but there were risks. About 10 day later the rug was ready and it looks like new. We can't be more satisfied. The cost was very reasonable and the turn around time was fast. I highly recomend Atiyeh Brothers.

They know a LOT about rugs and are generous with their knowledge. We got good advice and an offer to help us in the future to know what we are getting in buying rugs. (Dyes, quality, and more.) Top it off with their good attitudes and their friendly, uplifting ways, and you have a winning business.

This is an older carpet that had been in storage a long time before we purchase it. Now it looks wonderful and the colors appear more vibrant.

I had two rugs that needed cleaning. One was too large for me to move on my own. No problem! Atiyeh picked up my rugs and returned them two weeks later. They made sure the rugs were properly installed over the rug-pads, explained anything that came up during cleaning. Very pleased with the service!

I have taken my rugs to atiyeh bros for over 30 years. Always super friendly, take great care of my rugs and tackle bad puppy issues. Like everything else prices have gone up but we'll worth the service. This rug is also a rex ray original that I found in their Portland show room. Wouldn't trust this baby to anyone else.

Larry and Greg actually came to our house, picked up our rug to be cleaned, then brought it back when it was ready. They were so nice. They realized my rug needed a pad underneath and surprised me by bringing one along with the cleaned rug. I love this rug, it is hexagon shaped and now not only fits perfectly under our kitchen table BUT it actually looks even better than before. The colors are crisp and vibrant, the rug lays as it is supposed to. I can't heap enough praise on Atiyeh and especially Greg and Larry! They went above and beyond - fantastic service. I would recommend Atiyeh without reservation - they are the best.
