Everyone here is so nice! They actually greeted me in the parking lot both when I dropped off and dropped off. I dropped off a rug that was in storage for 10 years and completely dirty. They gave me all the details about my rug including where it was made, approximate value, and how long it should last. I am incredibly impressed with their kindness and expertise. And I feel that their charges are very reasonable for the services they provide.

The staff at Atiyeh Bros is knowledgeable and answers your questions with honesty. I have been taking my rugs there for over 10 years. And they always talk to my dog.

My puppy took a big chunk out of my Persian rug. It was repaired and cleaned. I can’t tell where the damage was. It looks great.

We rely on Atiyeh’s to restore our carpets and upholstery to optimal condition. That’s exactly what James did Wednesday. He thoroughly cleaned carpets in the living room and primary bedroom, as well as two sofas and a wingback chair. We was efficient, pleasant and professional.

We have used Atiyeh Brothers for cleaning our rugs for years. Their service is always thorough, effective, and on time, I can’t imagine going anywhere else to have our rugs cleaned.

They did a beautiful job cleaning the rug. I also purchased a new pad which was needed. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture before the dining table was placed.

I brought 2 handmade rugs in for repair, one from Turkiye, the other from Tunisia. They said the rug I had on the floor for less than 2 years had to be cleaned before they would do the repair, even though I clean it myself. This cost more than the actual repair! They wouldn't accept it being cleaned in my city where it would have cost a lot less. This is unacceptable. One of the rugs came back with almost half of the rug being much darker than before and darker than the other half! I'm told it's because of the nap. The customer service is good because they say they stand behind their work, but they already took 6 weeks to get the rug back to me. What? Will they take the rugs another few weeks and will I be left with the same result? The other rug now has uneven edges where they removed the fringe and resized the rug. They tell me it's because of the pattern of the rug. I spent over $2700 for both these rugs and I was better off leaving them alone instead of the imperfections I now have to live with. Because of Atiyeh's reputation, I expected quality work, but am left with these problems instead.

The only place to take an oriental carpet. Excellent care and knowledge provided by the Eugene cleaning facility. Carpet is almost 70 years old and Atiyeh Brothers has been taking care of it all that time.

We recently purchased a rug pad for a small area rug. The staff members were friendly and helpful; they got us exactly what we needed and cut us a pad while we waited. A quality product that we couldn’t find elsewhere locally.
