They showed up on time for the appointment and were very friendly and professional. I have to get annual carpet cleanings per my lease and will always call Signature to help me out. Cash or card accepted.

One of the carpet cleaners named josh, was acting rather strangely, like he was high on something while he was shampooing my carpet, stopping intermitently to text on his cell phone while he thought i was not watching. At one point, he became frustrated and began to vent and complained about "umbrella properties" who he said, owns the carpet shampooing company he worked for. I can understand feeling frustrated sometimes, but it is very unprofessional to bad mouth the company you work for. I was polite and listened, but just wanted my carpets shampooed, and was not interested in listening to some whining 40 year old with an attitude problem. Will not use this service again.

Had an incredible experience with Signature Carpet cleaning today! I have been considering having new carpet installed in my home for awhile now because after dogs, and several children running through the house the carpets were just totally DESTROYED! But after seeing some of the work done by this company I decided to give them a shot before tearing up my entire house. And I am so SO glad that I did! I’m utterly convinced they used some kind of witchcraft, the results brought tears to my eyes. Ben and Josh we’re able to get out to place almost immediately, completed the job in no time at all, and we’re an absolute pleasure to work with! If I could give them more than five stars I wouldn’t hesitate. I will be sharing these results with all my friends and family because they are absolute miracle workers!

I had to get my carpets cleaned as part of a lease renewal and was recommended to these guys by my complex manager. I still shopped around a bit, but Signature was the cheapest for traffic areas only as most places charge a $100 minimum. My appointment time was between 8 and 10 and they arrived at 9. Took them all of about 20 minutes to do what was needed and they were on their way. Super friendly and willing to offer advice on any other areas that may need to get done.

They arrived 10 minutes early, went over everything with us, really took their time working on a few stains I was worried about and left our carpets looking brand new! Josh and Ben did a great job and were very professional! Thank you so much for being punctual, professional and great at what you do!

I wanted to go with a smaller company hoping for better customer service and boy did I get it! These guys are worth it even if there not having a special which they were and that was a plus! This cleaning service is by far the best I have used. They were punctual, fast, and did an outstanding job. Even though there was a misunderstanding on our end of it they went above and beyond and did an amazing job making sure that our carpets were clean and fresh (we have a toddler so we generally don't associate these words with the carpets). Their customer service was quick and understanding when getting back to us and scheduling an appointment was very easy. Their employees were very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good carpet cleaning done by great people!

Crew managed to fit my rental move out cleaning last minute. They arrived early and did a fantastic job. Crew was friendly and quick. We will definitely use them the next time we need carpet cleaning.
