We just had our first cleaning (a deep clean) and were fully satisfied with how well the difficult task of this cleaning was performed. Looking forward to seeing MM on a biweekly basis

It's my understanding that the management is greedy!! U pay top dollar expecting it to mainly go to the girls who cleaned your house but instead they don't see any of it!! I paid 200 and wanted most of that to go to the lady cleaning my place since she did a great job and she didn't see but 20 dollars!! That's wrong

Kayla and Kaya did a tremendous job. We were layers in dust and cat hair. Weekly vacuuming doesn’t do it. Daily sweeping doesn’t do the trick. Doing nothing is what came out of nowhere. I have indoor allergies and my sinuses are so much better. We are thinking of going monthly or Bi-Weekly. Don’t know yet. Thank you Patty for setting us up. Super easy and made since. Thank you.

I love it because my house is always clean. It’s so easy to keep it clean when the deep scrubbing has been done for me. The nice, young lady who does mine pays special attention to various areas as if it were her own house.

Im very disappointed - This company is not what it used to be! They no longer go to any length to please their customers. The employees that came to our house where not trained well and didn't have an eye for detail. To be fair, they did a decent job cleaning some areas of the house, but they totally over looked other areas. Management did not communicate very well with us and this left us feeling like we did not get our needs met at a time when we really needed the extra help to get the house clean. We will not be recommending this company to anyone in the Eugene area!

Poor attention to details, often at my house for less than 2 hours to clean 8 rooms. Visible dirt remained on floors, under throw rugs after every visit (photos to prove poor quality). Complaints to management only resulted in them offering to “check in”, which they didn’t do, or send a different crew. Would never recommend this service to anyone. Would give the 0 stars for a rating.

I feel like there’s so much to say here, but it really comes down to customer experience. First off they were over 3 hours late, they did a horrible job cleaning and had to come back the next day. One employee of theirs left early while the other cried the rest of her shift. It was all such a mess, so much was only half cleaned and was very clear they were untrained cleaners. I had to keep asking them to reclean rooms or spots and still was only half done. I had to call twice to get an answer if they’d come back the next day while they had no intentions until I demanded it. Honestly it was so expensive and I would’ve rather done it myself at this point.

I have used them for several months and very satisfied. I can always talk to them about somethig special, or explain some odd thing I may need and they are open and kind about listening. A few niggly things once in a while, but they work their hearts out every time. I am so glad not to have to worry about supplies...and my sparkling home is so restful to my husband and myself. Well done! 8/26/18 Since this review, I have been terribly disappointed to have been constantly jerked around. They have moved my times again and again, and even after making definite times while we had to be gone most of two months, I got home and they arbitrarily canceled a much needed cleaningappt. set for 8 weeks. I feel that loyalty means nothing: I had a couple very below standard days but made no fuss...yet whoever new came in they left us hanging. We are older and have to make arrangements with invalid husband in mind and they've known that. No matter. There are others..Just very disappointing.

The maid was wonderful and went the extra mile to accommodate us, however we felt that the cost far exceeded the the work that was done. We did not pay the additional $50 charge for appliances nor the $50 charge for a 6 foot section of wall. We felt this was prohibitively exorbitant. We thought cleaning the vents on the ductless heat pumps was included, but wasn’t. Cleaning the recessed lights wasn’t included, but she was kind enough to wipe them down for me. Spot cleaning the ceiling also was not included. We have an empty 3 bed 1 bath 1,000 sq ft house and paid over $400. They also don’t do windows

Consult was great. Told me all the things they would do in a deep clean, then sent one person to my house to deep clean 5 rooms. She finished in 6 hours and didn't do half the cleaning I was told would be done. Didn't move furniture to clean under. Didn't dust picture frames, large pieces of dirt visible on carpet. Im 8 mo pregnant or I would do it myself. Called and they sent back the same person to finish the job. She still did not move all furniture to clean around.

Previous customer trying to schedule. They wouldn't allow for any scheduling without them coming out and doing an estimate in person. I offered to send photo's etc and nope. I have to board my dogs for them to come and am very busy so I really didn't want to have to do that twice and was even willing to pay a higher rate. I'm not sure if it's a sales tactic but it makes no sense and is a waste of time for them and myself. Found another company to come out without a consult.

The cleaner arrived on time and prepared with all supplies. She immediately asked if I had any special requests, then went to work. She was fast and quiet. The only noise I heard was the duster and the vaccuum. My place looked great when she left. The cost is about what other housecleaning services quoted. I just trust this company more because it is well established with a good reputation.

The consult was great, but the cleaning crew didn't impress. They were supposed to clean inside and outside of my refrigerator and inside all cabinets and closets. They literally didn't clean my refrigerator and as I'm moving in a new tenant there's dust and fuzz in my closet. Very pricey and not worth it.

We are so grateful for Camille! She does beautiful work in our home and we have really enjoyed getting to know her as well. My floors and bathrooms are always especially excellent after she's been here and it is SO helpful to us. Thank you!

Merry Maids came out today and cleaned our downstairs apartment from top to bottom. The floors especially look great! We will definitely use them again for move out cleans.

My house is spotless and everyone who helped clean was very professional and kind. I’ll only be using Merry Maids from here on out.
