Within a day after contacting Tru-Shine, I had an appointment set up. Their responses were very quick and professional, and they answered any questions I had. Jade cleaned my home, and she was very friendly, attentive, and thorough. I couldn't be happier with how my apartment looks, and the whole process altogether.

Phone estimate made the process quick and easy. Amy came out and did a deep clean. She was punctual, professional, and personable. We scheduled her back every 2 weeks. Our house feels brand new!!

I inquired on their website and received a text soon after. Eva came and cleaned the house and did a fantastic job. She was personable, professional, and thorough. I will be using their services again, and request Eva because she was so great!

I was a little nervous trying to find a cleaner I could trust with my move out of my home and getting it ready for staging to sell. I cannot say enough great things about this company. They were easy to work with, very helpful in getting my home to that new look feel, and all my stress was relieved. I highly recommend them for you next project!!

We just paid for a deep cleaning service with Tru Shine and the girl who came to our house was just lovely. She did really great work in such a short time period. We're excited to have her come out regularly to help us with our household cleaning!

I emailed TruShine to get a quote for a DEEP CLEANING job, My husband was going in for chemo this weekend and I wanted the house cleaned beforehand. I got a reply that they could send someone out the next day, which was great, but I was skeptical - I was quoted $80/hr. 4-5 hour job - $320-$400. I asked how many people and was told 1. To do a deep cleaning? We have a 3/2.5 house, 1800 sq ft.. This seemed impossible and expensive for just 1 cleaner for 4-5 hrs, but they were very nice and professional over text and I agreed - mostly because it was short notice (my fault). Our cleaner arrived on time and was very nice, I showed her around - what to focus on, etc. We left her for 4 hours and came back, she still needed another hour, so we ran one more errand, not a big deal. She was done when we came back, I gave her a tip and went inside. I noticed immediately things were not deep cleaned. Surfaces that were cleaned were wiped down, but NO scrubbing - there was still dirt and spots left on floors.
1. Windows - tracks were wiped (dusted) but when I opened the windows inside the tracks were filthy. Blinds were still dusty esp on higher areas.
2. Hard service floors - swept, no scrubbing, mopping. (not deep cleaned) - looked like dirt was swept up INTO the baseboards, creating a dirt line around all floors - if that makes sense.
3. Bathrooms - shampoo bottles not even moved to clean under, multiple spots on tile not scrubbed.

My main frustration & point of this review is really toward the owner/company for trying to schedule 1 person for 4-5 hours for a deep cleaning - and - charging $80/hr. for a NON deep cleaning, rushed and sub par job. Not setting her cleaner up for success. Very disappointing.
I paid promptly $400, and let the owner know I was not satisfied. She responded to me with "thank you for your feedback".

The help was amazing! Both my roommates were bedridden with the flu and I had recently injured my hand, the house became a mess very quickly with no one able to clean. But Tru-Shine did an amazing job cleaning every inch of the house and even doing our dishes and helping me load my laundry. I’m am so grateful for all the help and will be recommending to all friends and family.

Absolutely recommend Tru-shines services. I can’t get over how clean everything is. They did such a great job and they were a joy to visit with. My toddler loved them and they were so kind to him while he hovered 😭 I can’t recommend them enough

I hired them for a move out clean after a no show from another company, they were able to squeeze me in even with the ice storm, it was highly appreciated. They cleaned the whole place in 4 hours and it smelled and looked amazing! Marina was so good at communicating and very friendly. I will definitely hire them again!

I was thrilled with my experience with Tru-Shine. It was easy to book, the rates were clear and up front, the cleaner came right on time, was delightful, thoroughly cleaned everything we discussed. I have tried other cleaners before and have never felt like my home got thoroughly cleaned. I paid more for this clean than I have paid in the past but I got way more bang for my buck with Tru-Shine than any other cleaner I've had before. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I felt comfortable while she was here and the results are amazing. Highly recommend.

Christina has been cleaning my house bi-monthly for almost a year now and I couldn't be more pleased! Not only does she provide a great cleaning service, she is also very kind and dow to earth, and affordable.
Moms can't do it all. We need some downtime too! Christina makes my life so much easier. I cannot articulate how awesome it is to come home after a 10-14 hour day to a clean home. If you are exhausted, spread too thin, don't have enough time in the day, need a clean home to function, want to spend more time with loved ones, do yourself a favor and call Christina.

We adore having Christina in our home each week. When my wife comes home from work to clean kitchen and sparking bathrooms and a shiny bedroom, she breathes a special kind of sigh. Being in the habit of picking up each week means that our house never gets too bad, or at least not for too long. Christina works hard and cares about our home. She gets along with our pets and is a great communicator. We recommend her highly!

I’ve been a client of Middleton’s Enterprises for the last 18 years, when it was just the owner. I have used them weekly to clean my home and when we moved, they cleaned both my new house before we moved in and did a deep cleaning of our old house. In addition to be good cleaners, they have always been dependable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a weekly or a deep cleaning.
