Very professional and communicative business. Cleaners were friendly and put me at ease having strangers in my home. They walked through the house with me to make sure all my concerns were addressed and even pointed out things I didn’t think of. The company liaison always replied promptly with questions via text. Saved this business and will use again!

Hired this company to help my cousin who was going through cancer treatments. They did excellent work, very efficient, always on time, great communication. Would highly recommend.

I hired Tru-Shine through Facebook after sending them photos of my (very small and a bit dirty) apartment and they told me two people can come out for an hour (maybe two) to deep clean it. I apologized for the state of the apartment and explained that i was disabled and unable to deep clean but was told not to worry. after the cleaners get to my apartment they start complaining about how dirty it is even though I sent pictures of it before hiring them to make sure they would take on this kind of work. as they continue to complain and insult me about how gross my place is, I tell them to just get what they can done in the timeframe and im thankful for their help. I leave and immediately get a call from them letting me know it would take 6 hours to clean and that if I couldn't pay for that then they weren't going to touch my apartment. I reminded them that I sent pictures beforehand to make sure this wouldn't happen, that I'm disabled and just grateful for any help within my budget even if they can't make it perfect, but was basically told too bad. they literally left my apartment after agreeing to clean it for 1 to 2 hours, without touching a thing. this was a horrible experience and I will be consistently advocating against people using this company, they dont stick to their word, they leave customers stranded and embarrassed, and the cleaners are downright rude and insulting.

Marina and Eva did a phenomenal cleaning job of the three rooms I’d rented out for two years; detailed and thorough, even did the inside windows! I heartily endorse their business, and will call upon them again!

Tru-Shine did a great, efficient routine cleaning of my house and I plan to use them regularly to help manage upkeep. Everyone on the team is friendly and professional, making it very easy to schedule and get want you want!

Had a great experience with them. Was actually turned down by another cleaner before i found her. Sorry if i had too dirty a house! Lol. Friendly down to earth staff. Great communication. Excellent service. My bathroom is spotless..

update...ended up having something break by an honest mistake and they took care of it promptly with insurance!! great people great company

I booked a deep clean to help clean dust after getting new windows installed in my house. They charge by the hour and the person they sent was so slow, they had only cleaned only 4 sparsely used guest spaces and a tiny master bathroom. Virtually no dusting was done and the bulk of the house and our actually living space went untouched. We paid a reduced rate of $240, which is still far too much for the sub par cleaning we received. I’ve had to go back and re-do the work which was done. And the dusting wasn’t even done - which was the whole point! If you choose to book this service, do not book by the hour, book by the service. I am very disappointed.

what wonderful people! i only asked for the bathroom and the kitchen to be cleaned and they vacuumed my living room too! so sweet and helpful, i will definitely be a repeat customer!

Hired Tru-Shine to do a deep clean of our home. We have a large dog that sheds a lot and keeping up with the hair is a challenge. Amanda arrived on time and was very organized and professional. After a quick walk thru of the house she got to work and did a very thorough job of cleaning, paying particular attention to the areas I requested. Would definitely hire them again and specifically request Amanda.

Amy arrived today and after very quickly getting a tour she was at it. Worked solidly for 5 hours! My house is so clean and smells wonderful. Amy was lovely. So happy!

I had a huge job on a house I was cleaning out. They worked so hard all day and did a terrific job. I would definitely hire Tru-Shine again.

tl; dr - My initial encounter was polite, professional, but the cleaning wasn’t up to par for a (spendy) deep clean. I contacted the manager, and she and her employee went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My house now looks brand new!
I asked for a deep clean that took a while (had to split into 2 days) which was great and dedicated but definitely pretty spendy - I don’t mind, I will pay good money for good work. We were going out of town so I only got a quick look, the place looked good. When we got home I noticed I wiped a table and it came away black, carpet spots we’d specifically discussed hadn’t been cleaned, there were wads of hair on the outside of radiator vents, the kitchen was surface clean but not clean clean, etc.
I contacted the manager and let her know for two days of deep cleaning, it just didnt feel very clean. She apologized and immediately got me set up with another cleaner at a discount. She was almost two hours behind (doesn’t really matter to me, but might be tough on people with tight schedules). I told her (as I had said to the previous) that I am happy to pay for as long as they’re up for it, but with absolutely no pressure to do so. This lady went to town, my house is impeccable, my heart is happy, she worked her butt off while being friendly and sweet, and holy moly she just did a phenomenal job. Once we get our stuff in order I plan on having her come over regularly!
And truly incredible customer service from everyone I have interacted with. Everyone has been polite, understanding, and easy to work with.

After trying to schedule 4 different cleaners we finally came across Tru-Shine. They are a tad higher priced than other companies I had tried. But they actually showed up and were very good a communication. I needed help with clutter more than amything and they happily took care of me! I am super impressed and having them monthly!

I have never hired a cleaning service before, but I needed help with a move- out cleaning, and I am extremely happy with the service I received. Diana ( the cleaner) was friendly, professional, and very efficient, and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Highly recommended!

Natalie cleaned our home. She did a wonderful job! She made sure to work on the top priority areas to clean. She checked with us to make sure the area was cleaned to our liking. She used pet friendly cleaning supplies. She had great communication and we enjoyed talking about our dogs.

Accidentally dusted out the interior of a client’s home while doing work on exterior. I reached out to Tru-Shine and they got back to me within a few minutes of my inquiry (7:00pm). They were able to get me in the schedule next day. Gina did an amazing job and our client was extremely pleased with the results. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking and will definitely use them again!

I would not and can NOT recommend Tru-Shine. This was the second time I hired them to do a move out clean to put my house on the market and they did a terrible job. They didn’t completely Vacuum, leaving dirt and dust on the carpet. They didn’t clean the shower, leaving the shower door with tons of soap scum and dirt on it. They didn’t clean the oven or the window sills, which I specifically requested to be done. Being they had done fantastic work for me before, I called to say I needed them to come back and rectify the situation and they simply told me it was that persons last day. They didn’t even offer to have someone else come out and finish cleaning or help to improve their poor service. They did offer a discount, but that doesn’t help get my property back on the market. As a property manager and Realtor, having reliable contractors is critical for business. Unfortunately, I could’ve cleaned it better myself and for free, and because of that I absolutely cannot recommend their services.

We were signed on for a move out cleaning and quoted 4 - 5 hours for the house that we were very transparent about (mix of flooring and square footage) which was incredible to say the least! I had cleaners before in apartments but we were new to the state along with renting a home so we were having trouble finding someone who served the area.
The cleaner was to be sent out immediately.
We had issues almost instantly, what was quoted to be a 4 - 5 hour cleaning (the upstairs we had shampooed and vacuumed ourselves, just needed window sill cleaning) suddenly turned into 6 hours for 2% of the home. An appliance was cleaned, a room was claimed to be cleaned, and another room was done decently. When I got the message that she essentially said there were multiple hours left, we dismissed her and I confronted whoever I had messaged. Suddenly our freshly moved out house was messy and “in a state”, and when we (not the owner or the cleaner ) did a walk through half the rooms she claimed were cleaned were still dirty!
At this point I just wanted to pay what I owed to wash my hands of them only to have, whoever I spoke to, them claim the cleaner did way more work than she was hired on for.
I would never recommend this company as they aren’t transparent and will last minute stick you with a bill hundreds of dollars higher than what they confidently quote you.

Be warned that they have aggressive late fees. I went to pay their invoice the next morning after confirming cleaning was done to my satisfaction and they had already charged me an additional $75. I reached out and they refused to waive the late fee as it is in their contract.

Tru-Shine was able to fit me in at the last minute. They showed up on time and got right to work. This was a moving out cleaning with the tenants having been there 10 years. What a difference Tru-Shine employees made. I would use them again!

Eva did a magnificent job deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. Everything is sparkling and clean again. She brought her own supplies and vacuum cleaner which worked out great. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a professional cleaning that is affordable and reliable.
