installed mini split and had hard time getting anybody to even look at unit, Jim explained cause fixed unit and charge half of what other co. quoted, even was available to talk on Christmas ev. superior customer service.

Had James Heating and A/C come out for a air duct inspection under my house. Jake did such a good job informing me of any issues and ended up fixing a duct that popped off and secured it at no extra cost. Thank you guys for your help and knowledge. Very much appreciate it.
