4/29/25 Update: Justin from Graham Landscape transplanted some plants on an existing mound in our yard. He also connected irrigation to new locations. 13 well established plants were moved! He did an excellent job! Cleaned everything up and checked in before leaving. I needed him to check on some other plants not part of the original job. He did so without hesitation. Really appreciate his hard work.

We had Graham Landscape Design out to add more plantings to our current landscape. Laura was very helpful on the design side and showed good understanding of our mission. Justin, Phil and Kevin completed the work today. They were efficient and friendly to have working at our home. They verified plant locations and cleaned up the work site when they were finished. We would happily have them back for future projects!

Dustin and Pedro did an excellent job installing two battery sprinkler systems ( a 1 zone and a 2 zone) along the perimeter of our property to help expand our home’s defensible space. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with—plus they left everything looking clean and well-finished. I also want to give a big thank-you to Thomas for his help with the project design. Completely satisfied with the entire experience.

The whole team from initial call to get an estimate, to final day of the project, the whole experience at Graham was fantastic. Justin and Karl did amazing work on my yards and I'll definitely be coming back. Bravo to the whole team.

From project design and placement of plants by Laura; to installation of a retaining wall, planting of plants and revision of irrigation sprinklers by Dwight (an incredibly hard worker); to periodic and final project inspection by Travis to ensure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction, the team at Graham is top notch!

The two guys that came out really knew their stuff. They new the names of every plant in our garden and provided tips for best health. They took great care weeding between our 125 grape vines and dozen fruit bearing trees. The yard looks great.

An overdue expression of gratitude to Justin Winters. 4 years ago I have tried many times to repair this 300 lb fountain without success. I finally threw in the towel and called Graham Landscape and Design. Justin is a true professional and troubleshooter. The only trace left behind from this expert technician; is the rocks he placed on top of the fountain, the door hanger and that the fountain that works perfectly! I cannot say enough great things about Graham Landscape Design & Maintenance. They did a major cleanup of our yard (and forest), and I am thrilled to have found them to continue using them for many projects to come. I absolutely love that they can do cleanup and maintenance, but also full design and landscaping projects.

Laura was super helpful and communicative, going through all the many options. She was quick and detailed with estimates and answered all my thousands of questions. I think their pricing is incredibly fair, they are amazing to work with, and the communication is top notch.

Will and Justin came out for about a week of work to take down a chicken coop that was a major eyesore and also clear out tons of brush and blackberry bushes along with clearing the entire backyard and front yard/driveway. They were amazing! They braved the rain and cold with smiles on their faces. They were incredibly friendly and professional, and it's beyond me how two guys were able to do all that so quickly. They did a phenomenal job!

Very much looking forward to returning to Graham Landscape Design & Maintenance for all our many outdoor projects for years to come!

Awesome group of folks who do a fantastic job. From start to finish everyone involved (Mike, Ed, Robert, Jake, Trent, & Ricki) were professional and really great to work with. We are looking forward to enjoying our paver walkways and patios.

Graham Landscape was hired Dec 2023-Nov 2024 to help with maintenance of around 4 acres on the property, the overall experience was disappointing, especially given the cost (about $400 per visit).

Laura the account manager and Shaun the maintenance manager were nice and responsive. The crews did help with some much-needed cleanup after treefall from the 2024 ice storm. The property is admittedly atypical (on a hill and not easy to maintain) which is why I specifically sought out a professional company that could handle the challenge. During the consultation, the Laura and Shaun assured me that a consistent crew would service the property and learn its nuances. Unfortunately, that is not what ended up happening.

Throughout the season, the crews changed often (sometimes monthly) and there was no consistency in the team or the quality of work. The crew frequently got trucks and equipment stuck, damaging the driveway and landscaping in the process. A rose bush and persimmon tree were uprooted due to a trailer mishap, and large holes and divots were left in the ground from the truck's wheels spinning. I never knew how many people would show up or how long they'd stay, the contract stated "man hours" so sometimes it'd be 3 guys for 1 hour and other times 2 guys for 1.5 hours - often not completing the work that needed to be done. On more than one occasion, I overheard complaints about the work while they were on-site. I asked them to physically pull weeds and all they would do is spray. It also took them four visits to spread mulch in the front beds, something that would’ve taken WAY less time if I had done it myself.

In the end, while I recognize that the property presents challenges, that’s precisely why "experts" were hired. Unfortunately, the level of service didn’t justify the expense.

Very satisfied with my new landscape! Amazing and talented landscape architect and designer, Sarah Goldstein, designed an elegant stairway from curb to doorstep surrounded by an environmentally friendly landscape. Her team from Graham including crew leader Dwyatt along with his support team of Jeremiah, Trevor, Daniel and Cornelio were very respectful of our needs and immediately responsive to any/all of our requests. I will continue my relationship with Graham with follow up maintenance of my new yard. I highly recommend this local company for any of your landscaping needs

I had a wonderful experience with Graham Landscape building my retaining wall. Bert, Trevor, Marcelo, and Pedro finished what was going to be a four day project in three! The work was efficient, they cleaned up the site at the end of each day and the results were not only beautiful but well made to last!

From design, work done, irrigation repair and over all experience with communication and service, the project was handled very well. EVERY person involved was professional, polite, engaging, and did a great job.
Laura Jenson, James Garner, Justin Winters, Dwight Duke, Pedro Herrera and Jakary Alcantur among others were helpful and engaged. Although the job wasn't a large one I very much appreciated the communication and attention to detail. Property looks amazing and I signed onto their yearly maintenance agreement to assure the yard continues to look amazing.

We needed to completely replace our irrigation system so it was a big job. Graham was great to work with from start to finish. Thomas did the quote and he was quick and thorough. Dustin and Pedro arrived on time each morning and were so considerate and polite. The cleaned up everything and left the area better than it was before. We would happily use them again if we ever need an landscaping expert.

Working with Thomas relieved a lot of stress. The crew Cornelio, Pedro, and Mario were courteous, tidy and easy to work with. They even put my garbage cans back for me on garbage day! I had the flu while they were working and I was able to rest uninterrupted. When I needed an adjustment made for our puppy they came up with a perfect fix. I look forward to our next project.

Replaced front and back heads, valves and opted for a new controller. Excellent work. Dustin and Adam are a fine team. They communicate well, waste no time and are eager to making things right, even at the end of the workday. In the Navy, I'd call them 4.0 sailors (top rating). They know the products, applications and details. Hire them for your project. (Boss, give them a raise...)

We had Graham Landscaping do a yard clean-up on our yard and my mother's yard next door. The team exceeded all my expectations with their hard work at both properties!

Justin R. and Jacob A. worked tirelessly and efficiently on both properties over 3 days - and the difference is night and day! Both gentlemen are professional, friendly and polite and they take great pride in their work. They took such good care of our properties clearing weeds, sucker tree branches and the dreaded blackberries! Each morning and mid-day we would check in and they were thoughtful in every corner of the yards. I would have them both back in a heartbeat and we will be considering regular maintenance work from Graham's in the future. (I don't remember the young man's name who worked on the project with Justin R. on the last day - he was fantastic as well!)
Thank you to the team at Graham's for turning our scary jungles into peaceful oasis where we can relax and enjoy our spaces again!

Ask for Phil! He does a great job making sure the landscape maintenance runs smoothly. He takes initiative by reaching out to us, asking for feedback and asks how Graham is doing; what they could be doing better. We've worked with other landscaping companies in the past, but none ever checked in regularly or asked for ways to improve. Phil actually cares if we are satisfied with our landscape maintenance, and when you give him feedback, he talks to the maintenance team for us. I never feel like I'm bothering him. Thank you Phil :)

Graham serviced my yard for close to a year. The quality of work dropped significantly after the first few months. When I went to cancel my service they said I needed to provide a 1 month notice(clearly a way to siphon off another month's payment from you while they provide their substandard service). I agreed to the month, then they proceeded to charge me for 2 additional months after the service was over and are now disputing whether or not I should be reimbursed. This place has super shady business practices DO NOT HIRE.

One bad employee does not a bad company make. The person who did our original work was new to Graham and not up to the job. After I posted my review Graham contacted me and had someone come out to make things right. I appreciate a company who is willing to reach out and take pride in the job they do by fixing a mistake. The person who came out expertly set up our system as we had seen in the past at no cost to us. The grass is filling in nicely and everything is working as expected now.

Mistakes aren't a problem, not fixing them is. In a day and age where many companies seem to have lost the idea of pride in their work, I will emphatically recommend Graham!!

We signed up for Graham Landscaping “turn up / turn down” service a couple of years ago in a house with sprinklers plagued with frost damage every winter. They did good work and re-engineered our valve system, moving everything underground. No more damage!

Fast forward to now. We moved to a new house with a new sprinkler system. We had Graham out to turn up our system. Immediately after the service I noticed one sprinkler head popped up but without water coming out. Another head failed within a week (the system is 2 years old so this was unexpected). Also, the system was left off after the service, but luckily I noticed and turned it back on the following morning when I noticed the grass wasn’t wet on my way out the door for work.

After trying to schedule a follow-up visit with Graham for a few weeks and not getting called back, I finally got someone to come out and look at the two heads not working (or watering my newly planted blueberries). When the technician came out to look at the two heads, we also had him add two more for an area we just planted tomatoes and didn’t want to water by hand each day. He added the two new heads, fixed the other two, and left.

It is unfortunate the timing of all this because it was the day we left for a week-long coastal camping trip. I say unfortunate because the tech left our system off again, didn’t bother to put the cover back on our valve box, and killed big patches of our lawn and several plants. Killed plants? Yes. The week we were away the temperatures were near 90 the first 3 days and in the mid to low 80s the rest of the week. See the pictures attached to see the casualties of Graham’s lack of attention to detail. Prior to this last visit our lawn was lush, and all of our plans were alive.

I flipped my lid when we got back from camping to discover wilted tomato plants, huge swatches of dead grass in our lawn, and several other plants looking thirsty. I don’t know what happened between our initial visit with Graham where they did amazing work and now, but I would NOT recommend them until they get their staffing figured out.

As we've grown older, our landscaping has suffered from inattention! Graham Landscaping came in & not only got our "landscaping duties" caught up, they made it look better than new! Both Justin & Jacob arrived early, worked hard, kept us "in the loop" on their timeline & work plan, & had helpful suggestions for maintaining their fine work! Over the 3 days they were onsite, Justin & Jacob were easy to work with & were a continuous credit to this company.

I have been a Graham Landscaping customer for the last 2 years. I am very pleased with the work the Graham Team does. I have had other projects completed as well including a Roof Moss Treatment and most recently a front + back yard drip irrigation system assessment, design and installation. The irrigation crew was able to make use of the previous homeowners' system in the front yard and made some solid recommendations for the backyard. The Graham team is honest, prompt and highly professional. Great Value for the $$$ price. My neighbors hired Graham for their landscaping as well as they saw the results on my property. I highly recommend Graham Landscape Design & Maintenance!
