Terrible service, the people come way too early and they just blow the trash from the road into our yard and dont pick it up then today they just walked around the front of our house blowing dirt into our windows while staring inside then when I went outside our doormat was blow off the side of our porch in the dirt. I find it extremely disrespectful and am seriously displeased.

I have a home underground irrigation system that developed a leak. It turned out to be more complex than I could handle. The staff worked me into their schedule, showed up on time, explained what needed to happen, and then took care of the problem. I could not ask for better service.

I recomend this company due to the hard working employers that they hire. Great customer service and responce time. They are a family owned crew of 30+ people that makes the company strong independent and trustworthy.

They are capable and thorough, I would use them again!

Great work! Only problem is one of the employees thinks it's his job to yell at tenants. Might want to let your employees know if they have a problem with a tenant to take it to the manager of the complex. They don't have the right to yell at them because they THINK they know a situation!

A gentleman by the name of David Gray provided service to my sprinkler system yesterday. David is the epitome of a true professional. He was kind, polite and informative. He explained the issues with system to me and shared what he was going to do to resolve them. I’m definitely calling back and asking for David for now on. Thanks, David!

I would give a better rating if it weren't for their accounting lady. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have called in, she has made it very clear that she HATES her job and it is a massive inconvenience to assist anybody in any way shape or form. I am not the only person I have spoken to who has had this issue with her. Find a nicer accounting person before she makes you lose more business. SMH. I would appreciate a response addressing this issue that I and many others have experienced.

I live in a upscale apartment complex and one of the employees (Charles) blew dirt & grass on my vehicle along with other residents vehicles leaving them dirty. I confronted him and asked him to blow the vehicles off. This guy was disrespectful and very unprofessional.

I called the office and spot with a lady named Cassandra. I told her the situation and she didn’t seem to care one bit.

Very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend them at all.

Last Summer we completed the Memorial Site project for our Loved Ones on West 11th & S.Bertelsen rd . We also have the pleasure of having Luc the Technical Landscape Expert install a Drip System & replaced the old sprinkler heads at our house. We recommend Thompson LandScape Company for all the Landscape/Irrigation/Design/DripSystem Installation.

I have been through more than a handful of Landscapers the last few years. Finally found PNW Landscapes! They show up on time, and they do a great job! I highly recommend PNW Landscapes.

Gage was very efficient at mowing long, wet spring grass! He also edged and used blower to not only clean off hard surfaces, but also blew off debris in the yard from winter fallout!

We did not end up using the service as the job was too big for my budget, but Cameron was professional and responded quickly with a bid. Would use them in the future.

I wish these guys were my mechanic, plumber, electrician, etc. I would use them for everything. Great Quality work. Professional crew. PROMPT! They say they are going to do something and it was always done....on time and right. I felt great about the money spent. A much needed positive experience.
