During a very long period of trying to find a contractor to install a raingarden per the city of Eugene code, I found Jamie. He instantly put my mind at ease. He has established relationships with inspectors and knows his way around the permitting process which is invaluable in these situations.

We cannot thank Jamie and his crew enough for the professional job they completed on our water feature. His design was just what we were looking for. He gave us a time frame of 7-8 days and was complete in 4 days. I plan on having him back to perform spring and fall preventative maintenance.

LandArc Landscaping & Design is rooted in strong design and business ethics. Jamie and his crew built two fences for me, in two different styles, one to be public facing and to provide some privacy, and a second fence to separate the garden space to keep our pets out of the garden.

Jamie's attention to detail was incredibly keen. One afternoon while admiring the day's progress, I noticed that one of the horizontal boards was bent, but by the time I had a chance to mention it to him the next day, he had already replaced it without me having to ask for him to do so.

He communicated clearly with us and was very thorough regarding our desired outcome and details even while we were traveling out of town with our daughter -- he made sure to let us know status updates and shared pictures on a near daily basis.

Landarc Landscape and Design is a great Eugene based Landscape Architect company, I have worked with Jamie for several years and would highly recommend his services.

We've had Jamie/LandArc do two projects for us. The first project involved transforming a steep hillside into a terraced garden area. The stone work Jamie did was fantastic. We also hired him to extend an existing stone patio. Jamie is detail-oriented and has a good eye for fitting plans into the landscape. He listens to what is needed and makes great suggestions based on his experience.My only suggestion would be that he communicate more proactively about progress, unexpected challenges, timeline, etc. Overall, we've been very pleased with how he has helped us transform our backyard into a destination rather than an afterthought. We'll definitely keep him in mind next time we have a landscaping project come up.

We had LandArc completely remove our front lawn and replace it with a mix of large rocks and plants. They turned around a design and a quote very quickly and were able to get started within days of us reaching out to them. The entire project was completed within about a week from quote to finished front yard. It totally transforms our front yard and really makes our home stand out and we are super happy with the result.

Rick Allen and his crew were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job installing our new deck and cable railings. The final result was stunning! This crew was easy to have around, courteous, and organized on the job. Rick was great at communicating and getting back to us in a timely manner. There were a lot of decisions to make, but Rick was patient in walking us through all these, and we are very happy with the result. Jamie's crew installed a patio and multiple retaining walls. We had a challenging project for Jamie's crew to navigate, and they did so efficiently and professionally. Once the project was done, we needed a small reinforcement and he was able to complete that without hesitation. We will most certainly use LandArc for any future needs.

LandArc has done amazing work on both our backyard and our front yard. The back was just an empty dirt and sparse grass space. LandArc built us a beautiful gazebo and water feature along with amazing plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.

This year we were ready to have our front landscaped from a giant lawn into something calming and more friendly to the local bees, birds, bugs, etc. Once again they designed an amazing space. Another water feature ending in a small pond directly out our front window, rocks walls, pathways to navigate the different areas of the landscape.

They worked with us to determine what we were looking for and created designs to meet those wants and needs.

Jamie and his crew have done it again. We needed to replace our deck and also add privacy for our urban home on a narrow lot. Jamie was able to create a beautiful space that maintains our views of surrounding trees.
