6/3/24 I left a message for Mark yesterday and also emailed him yesterday and today but have not heard back. I reviewed the checks I sent and confirmed with OCCU that there are two checks that haven't been cashed and three that have been cashed. David came 2x in March, 1x in April, and 3x in May. I am a numbers person and pay my bills, so this was upsetting for me. David has been great. I am not sure what is going on with Mark. Looks to me to be a mistake on Mark's part.

There was a credit from 2023 for a $40 overpayment that I have documentation in a text message - that is why I didn't send a check for the service in the first part of March.

6/2/24 Mark posted I owed him money - he never told me that. I’ve reached out to him to figure out what’s going on. I pay do my bills so I am very confused and I’m wondering why Mark just didn’t let me know that he wasn’t getting the money. I sent money after each time David came.

6/1/24 David was coming 2x a month and I got a very strange email from Mark about David coming 1x a month and how he couldn’t come 1x per month (which I didn’t ask for). I think Mark wanted to fire me. I’m not sure why. He never raised his prices. I thought was $40 a time super cheap. I would have paid more if he would’ve asked for more. I let him know that David didn’t have to come back here and he replied with THANKYOU on bold letters. Sounds like there’s more going on here than I am aware of. I was happy with the work David did.

I have been using Beautiful House Lawn Care for several years.
They have always done a Top-Notch job taking care of my lawn, flower beds and bushes.
They do excellent work and are always timely, tidy, and thorough.

I called and left a message about needing repair service on my sprinkler system. After several days no response. At least have the professional consideration to respond with a quick call back saying you're too busy, or don't want to deal with a minor repair job. I'm guess you have so much business you can ignore my request. Fortunately I found another company.

August 2017. Paul's team is a really professional and an easy to work with group. I called him several weeks ago to set up an appointment to scope out the work needed to replace several trees downed by last winter's ice storm. He was very punctual and laid out a credible plan. We established the work to be done: replace part of our sprinkler system, select and plant several new trees. Additionally, Paul's team put in new sod. The work was accomplished in short order and to highest standards. And it was very affordable. It has been a pleasure to have Paul to work this problem. I highly recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing our broken sprinkler system. He had to use a tractor to dig up and remove an old stump that had broken the line. He not only fixed the system but even removed the stump.

After the system was fixed he spent time meticulously checking all the heads, cleaning them out and making sure our system was 100% up and running. Thanks Paul!

I’ve had good service for 3 years but starting in October the customer service has declined. I’ve called several times each month and they keep billing me for twice a month service but I had requested service only once a month. I can’t seem to reach anyone that will discuss this with me. Seems to be an answering service that answers the phone.

I am a Customer. Or was am not sure. They just stopped coming. Ive called once a week for at least 3 months! They say I will get a call back
But I never do. How strange. Why not at least call me and say that they cant make it out to South Salem? Im at a loss on that. Anyway guess it's time to move on. 😕

Poos garden customer service old man working was rude and made inappropriate comments about women

A great variety of flower and leaf plants. All you need for your garden.

Impossible to get assistance. Ask the same clerk three times the location of what we were looking for and she ended up drawing us a picture. We were unable to locate it and left. Typical experience garden department.

Bitter sweet. One associate in lumber was super knowledgeable and very helpful with great customer service skills and another in garden was only mediocre in the helpful area and had poor customer service skills.

Oscar does beautiful work, mu entire backyard has been done by him.
