You may want to have a talk with your employees about wearing work hoodies and hats while in the community on days off. One of your employees decked out in your gear was being a complete jack ass while shopping in a goodwill store. He definitely was not representing the company in a positive way with his bad behavior. This person was the face of your business today and he did a good job of making people question your services and the type of people you hire. I suggest some serious conversations about conduct while representing the company before you lose customers!

Just had a major landscaping makeover at our place, which is a house on a large corner lot, that I used to call a weed farm because it was inundated with weeds, uneven soil and a landscaping nightmare before Rexius fixed it. Rexius completely re-did the front and back yard and it is beyond fantastic. People are stopping by and complimenting us all the time on it. The yard was unmanageable and depressing for many years, but Rexius turned it into an oasis. I don't know if Rexius are the cheapest, but I can say they totally delivered and did not skimp, and in my mind the result was worth it, because they didn't need babysitting and made miracles happen.

Their designer Marti is a total pro. She knows plants back and forth and how to make things look great, make things maintainable, and she knows where what can be planted to good effect. She's a good problem solver and manages the work and the site by dropping regularly, and often 2-3x/day depending on the tasks of the day and how design intensive they are. She knows how to get everything done, is very tenacious, patient and strives for customer satisfaction. They want to find out what works for the customer and make it happen.

The crews work extremely hard and efficiently. I'm amazed at how much they've accomplished, how steady and professional they are, and how much they were able to deliver to transform our lives through the yard renovation. David and Adam were the landscapers who did the majority of the manual labor, and couldn't be more decent people and impressive workers. The mastery with which they accomplished everything was a impressive, a pleasant surprise, and and it was an educational experience for me. Besides that, they were very polite and cool about everything.

It's a disruption to have work going on that spans months, but they made the disruption as minimal as possible and were good to have around. And they are unobtrusive. They consistently strived to get the details right, and are very effective. They did an extremely impressive job installing a very large patio with pavers, and it required overcoming some significant challenges such as making it level and solid over a sloping yard. It was labor intensive and done to perfection.

I couldn't be happier with the result and the crew. Kudos to Rexius. I invested a lot in this project and not only hoped but needed it to turn out well, and it exceeded my expectations. On any large job, there is bound to be the occasional inconvenience or small mishap and Rexius dealt with every issue and made it all good, and astounded us. I love this company. Their work changes lives.

I would trust a major landscaping job to Rexius in the future. They know what they're doing and they can handle it. They have the equipment, materials and the resources, the know-how, the skill and the experience. It is a substantial business and I've found all the people good to work with. They don't mess around. If I have any criticism at all, its that there were times I wasn't sure what to expect to happen, and it felt like a long wait to get the work started and I wanted it done yesterday, and of course it was during the landscaping busy season. Perhaps as there was some juggling with other work/customers. But when they got on a roll first in the front yard, then, a week away, then the large back yard, it was a focused dedicated effort and work got completed as fast as reasonably possible. The crew was here nearly every work day, all day. I am now very glad I took the chance and trusted Rexius with the landscaping makeover. The before / after difference could not be more profound.

I wanted a row of arborvitae in my backyard so I decided to try Rexius for the job. I am very glad I did. A man named Mark came out and listened to my ideas and we came up with a great plan. We now have a block retaining wall filled with excellent soil and 16 healthy 7' tall arborvitae to look at! The crew that did the work was very courteous and professional in everything they did. The end cleanup was exceptional and they even refreshed my gravel and bark areas... it all looks fresh and new! I will use Rexius again in the future and would highly recommend them. Also, the price was surprisingly good.

Sean has been coming to my house now for four years. While there's been turnover, I really appreciate that a familiar face shows up and it's someone who knows my yard. Sean just helped me plot out some important fixes to my sprinkler system and was able to rig some water to some trees which badly needed help. There are more fixes coming, all of which will give me much-appreciated peace of mind. Many thanks to Rexius for the consistently good help and detail-management which helps me maintain a challenging yard.

Awful customer service. Travis is very rude and disrespectful to employees in front of clients and other employees. He is very unprofessional.

This is a great company. They are working on the second landscape for my husband and me. Their designs are creative, the workers are friendly and reliable. They hire good subcontractors.

Saw their truck knock a side mirror off of a parked vehicle in Eugene. The driver did not stop. I don’t do business with companies that damages other people’s property and don’t care enough to fix/acknowledge it.

This is a great Landscape company. We live out of state and own property in Eugene and have become dependent upon their help in keeping an eye on our home. They have gone above and beyond by texting, emailing and sending pictures of the property we love. They are very conscientious and knowledgeable in their work.

Travis and crew have helped with several projects including design, setting up drip irrigation, yard care, getting the garden/irrigation system ready for winter. Besides outstanding service every time, I love that they have low turnover, so I don’t have to deal with new workers every few months.

Easy to reach initially and Travis came out to do a bid for us. He was very detailed and even took videos of our yard to document our project goals. He told me we were on the work schedule a month later and that he'd have a quote to me within a week. Fast forward a month and I heard NOTHING. Called them and left a voicemail - no call back. Sent a follow-up email - no response. Hard to recommend a company that is unresponsive and fails to actually provide any services.

GC Landscaping did a great job installing pavers for a large space in our backyard. Work is professional, he was here on time every day, cleaned up well. Highly recommend.

The job was to repair a total of 11 sprinkler heads in the front and back of my house. They showed up to do an assessment and then a second visit to complete the work. I was pleased with the new sprinkler heads, the great condition they left my yard in after the job, and the willingness to repair to my sprinkler system hub (that wasn't installed by them). Thank you for your great service. I will use you again if needed and highly recommend for anyone looking to support a local business.
