Thank you Eugene landscape and irrigation for the excellent job your guys Nick and Jase did putting in our sprinkler system they had to trench around the entire house and removed and replaced about 50 feet of stepping stones to reach everything. When the were done they brought in soil and reseeded the lawn and cleaned everything up, We can't say enough nice things about how hard they worked and how friendly they are. Definitely use them again.

I don't know why we waited so long to put irrigation into our huge backyard! We dragged hoses and sprinklers around for over 35 years and are getting older so have no interest in doing that anymore. Eugene Landscape & Irrigation came to the rescue and was professional from start to finish. LaVona got us on the schedule, and Eddy came out in the spring to spend a good deal of time walking our yard and understanding watering needs for the lawn, the trees, flower beds and garden. His crew, Nick and Jace, came out in the hot summer sun in July to dig and set pipe and install the entire system, including drip irrigation into the raised bed garden. They filled the trenches, laid down grass seed with a special straw seeding mulch, taught us how to use the system and we were off and running. Grass was sprouting within days and the lawn was as good as new in just a few weeks. We loved the results so much we had them come back out this fall to spruce up our old, tired irrigation system in the front yard to save water and make it more efficient. You won't be disappointed if you hire Eugene Landscape & Irrigation for your next project!

If you are looking for a contractor to do anything in your yard, look no further. We have worked with many contractors on numerous projects at our home over the years. My wife and I by far had our best experience with Ed and his crew.

Our project was not a small one. We did a complete front yard renovation, including grass, flower beds, edging, paths, lighting, and irrigation. In our back yard we redid the irrigation, edging, lighting, and added a water feature.

The communication from start to finish was outstanding. The ability of Ed to understand what we wanted was incredible. Nick and Jase totally made everything pop. They took the image we had in our minds and made it real. We have walked around the yard on many occasions just enjoying the beauty, setting in the back yard after dusk enjoying the tranquility of the lights and southing sounds of the fountain.

I would have rated Eugene Landscape & Irrigation a 5 last year. But I asked for them to come out and resolve an issue last July that seems to have never gotten taken care of. I have never had a business push back so much about scheduling.

I get this is a busy time of year, an I wasn’t asking to be put on the schedule tomorrow. I just sent an email explaining my situation and asked to be put on their schedule. Instead they acted like it was a hassle and kept trying to get me to walk thru it over the phone. I said I don’t mind paying a that I would rather turn my system off and have the yard die while I wait a get it fixed. I also explained that I had already tried what was being suggested and it didn’t fix the issue. That I had also watched several videos a still problem exists. Then all I get is I don’t know what happened last year but obviously you didn’t get put on the work board. Not the answer I would of expected from a business.

So they are great for the install. Not so great with customer service or being loyal to their customers and properly taking care of issues. Fine by me. I will find a new irrigation company. Guess it’s all about the bottom line.

They completed our nearly quarter-acre irrigation project in a timely manner, with clear communication throughout the process. Over the last two years, we created a set of gardens at our new property. The property is an acre, has gardens in the front in the back each and every direction – – all done without thought to how I would water them every day. It became clear at our age that this was not a sustainable option.

I met with several companies for estimates and from the jump Eddy was different. He listened carefully, walked every inch of the property, made sure everything under cultivation had proper irrigation, and then gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. He also gave me confidence that he and Nick could deliver what I needed.

We agreed to proceed and scheduled as soon as they were available, which was a leadtime of six weeks. On the Monday of the sixth week, Nick and T showed up began trenching and put the entire property under precise irrigation. Nick is lovely to work with, not to mention efficient and precise.

We have been thrilled with the results. Everything truly began to thrive, we got ours a day of our life back, and it made all the difference in the world.

They also provide a turn off service in the fall and a turn on service in the spring, which ensures your lines are clear everything‘s in working order. Eddie made the point to tell me once you’re in the family, we take care of you. Indeed they do.

Five stars is not an adequate rating for how positively the quality and the reasonable cost of their work have made a difference to us.

Great family owned business! Highly recommend these guys for any and all yard related work. They pay very close attention to detail and are well priced. Super friendly and professional. They did a great job doing my moms yard so I had them do mine and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Josh did a great job on our landscaping for a reasonable price. The only draw back is that he can sometimes take a few days to get back to the caller. I will definitely continue using this company.

Josh is one of the most thorough landscapers I've met. (I am not the owner Josh, just coincidence) His eye for detail is incredible. He's a landscaper that's in it for the customer and their needs. Not his wallet. He loves what he does and it shows. Highly recommend his services.

They did yard maintenance for us for a couple years. They showed up reliably but had a contract that traps you in for the entire year, a tendency to be careless (aggressive leaf blowing around plantings and damaged all of our freshly made concrete steps dragging their mower), had no option for service every other week, and had a fair amount of turnover.
I repeatedly asked that herbicides and insecticides not be used on my property because I have small children who love getting outside in the dirt. There were suspiciously few weeds… they came back when we went with another company who respect that request. No way they were hand weeding all of the areas to stay that bare… they were spraying all over the property when I very clearly asked them not to.

I called and the answering machine said to send an email which I did, requesting service repair on my sprinkler system. No response after several days. If you're not interested in a minor repair at least have the professional considereation to call back or email and say you're too busy, or just not interested.

I had employed cutting edge for 10 years with rare complaints. They just canceled my yard service with no warning and refused to refund the last payment when do did not receive service. Do NOT use them.
