Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

We were extremely happy customers after Urban Arbor Care removed a 90ft hazardous oak tree from beside our house. They were creative in devising ways to take down the tree safely and efficiently without any damage to our home or our next door neighbors home.

These guys are the best. Whether its a big project or small they wre professional, conscientous and thorough. I highly recommend them!!

Scheduled with us quick, extremely affordable, very nice team to work with, cleaned up very nicely after themselves. I will be using them again in the future guaranteed

Charles came out I called for an estimate he was out in 20 min, and was able to drop our 90-100 ft tall tree right then due to a cancelation amazing work ! Would recommend this company to anyone. And we will be using again in the future !

We have a grove of four 75-year old maple trees. Urban Arbor Care worked from the tops of our trees down. They carefully removed dead wood and overhanging branches which were touching our roof. All debris was removed as they worked. They also installed cables on two branches of our most massive tree. In case of high winds we will be safe. Urban Arbor did a very professional job
Thank you Urban Arbor Care team,
Cathy and Jim

Super professional! Super skilled. I will recommend you call Urban Arbor care for all you tree care!!

Three large, dangerous Douglas Fir trees removed. Great work, fast, efficient and left work area clean. Recommend Charles and his team.

I think you can learn as much about the quality of a company when they make a mistake, and how they handle it, than almost anything else. We had a good initial experience with the bidding, but then the communication after that seemed to drop, and after several scheduling difficulties our day came, and we learned we were not on the schedule. I asked to speak to the owner, and everything went smoothly and expertly after that. As it turns out, this company is growing fast, and after a conversation with the owner, we were assured that they were bringing on another team member to handle the scheduling and communication. Despite not being on the schedule, the owner and his team came to our home immediately, and proceeded to expertly drop several large trees close to our home and many other structures. The team was very friendly, fast and did an unbelievably good job with cleanup including using a leaf blower to clean up the smallest of debris. The owner has a strong work ethic and takes pride in giving the customer the best service possible. We went from super disappointed and concerned to very pleased. We would hire them again without question. Mistakes will be made, we are human after all. It is how it is made up to the customer that matters. This company understands this which honestly feels rare these days. Highest recommendations.

Steve took our call immediately and was over for an inspection and estimate within a few hours. The crew was fantastic: hardworking, polite, enthusiastic, obviously enjoying the task. Working with the "Spider," they were done within six hours, give or take, having trimmed and pruned some nine trees, douglas firs and white oaks. Excellent work! The charge was reasonable, too.

Urban Arbor Care is a great company to work with. Their team did a fantastic job removing several hazard trees from my backyard. They're kind, punctual, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree services.

Much thanks to Urban Arbor Care.

We had a grove of problematic cottonwoods that were spread across my property and the neighbor's. It was going to be a tough job, and multiple other local arborists declined the job. One of the arborists enthusiastically recommended Urban Arbor Care for the job. We appreciated the recommendation, as Urban Arbor did a great job removing seven trees. The trees were not easily accessible and were intermixed with powerlines and other utilities. We are grateful to have had these trees removed safely and efficiently.

We had a great experience having two trees removed from our property. The crew was extremely courteous to our needs and were timely with their arrival and departure. Everything was extremely well thought out and safe. Would recommend to anyone.

The crew at urban arbor care did an amazing job removing 5 huge oak trees over my house. At the end of the job the whole work area was spotless . Needless to say im more than impressed with these guys

Had a stroke of luck when I contacted Charles after another tree company dropped the ball. He was professional and eager to earn my business, so we gave him a try. After meeting with him he provided an immediate quote and fit us into his busy schedule. He is knowledgeable about the safety and health of trees which is what we were seeking to deadwood and selectively prune back our massive oak tree. He called when he said he would call, and he showed up when he said he would show up (a rare quality these days that other businesses should be more mindful of). After the work was performed, later that evening I received a call from Charles making sure that his work was done to our satisfaction.
How many businesses take the time to do this? Kudos for putting in the extra effort to build a relationship ensuring a return customer. Thank you to you and your crew!

Urban Arbor Care did amazing work! We had a massive Douglas Fir that had branched off into 3 trunks that were all over 100 feet tall. The tree was becoming a hazard to our home and Urban Arbor Care was able to safely and efficiently remove the tree in about 6 hours. They also pruned branches overhanging the house from one of our other large trees. The price was very reasonable for how big and complicated the tree was to remove and we also appreciate the thorough clean up at the end of the job. We highly recommend using Urban Arbor Care for any tree cutting services and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Charles and his crew are very professional experts for large tree jobs. Best in the county hands down.

Urban Arbor responded super fast to my request for an estimate on tree removal. They provided great recommendations to me on how to save money with their services as well as save money on things not in their scope.
They were incredibly professional and pleasant. I recommend them to everyone!

Urban did a great job removing several large trees from our yard, the crew was very professional. The great thing was the clean up they did afterwards, almost like they were never there.

We had two 130ft trees right next to the house. All of the branches hung directly over the roof. Over the years, during the winters, we have seen much more heavy wet snow and freezing rain. It was time to remove them. I was very nervous about the risk to the roof/house upon removal. Charles and his team reassured me that they could do it safely. After watching them work, I was definitely reassured. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and conscientious. They did an excellent job. They were respectful of my garden and surrounding plants. They did a wonderful job of clean up, even out in the street. They were polite and very friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My two neighbors have hired them after seeing the work that they did.
Thank you for looking after my little house.

Wonderful job! I didn’t want my large tree cut down, so I considered pruning it instead. Urban Arbor Care took wonderful care of my tree, my yard and I have my beautiful tree for years to come. Thank you so much for all your hard work 😊

As a contractor ive experienced quite a varying range of professionalism over the years. And it doesn't get much better than Urban Arbor Care. I was very impressed with their level of skill, safety, thoroughness and communication. I wont bother calling anyone else in the future 🤙
