Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

Amazing company! They were on time, prepared and very kind. They were complete professionals and very thorough. I had 3 danger trees removed in very awkward places and they didn’t even blink. The crew was very cleanly and respectful of all their surroundings and they were very safety oriented. They removed the trees, left us perfect sized rounds for firewood, chipped all the branches and completely cleaned up all of the debris (literally cleaner than when they got here). Super impressed!!! Will recommend this company to everyone!

I did my most thorough job of recruiting bids on a home project, removing a hazard tree. I'm super pleased with the work by Urban Arbor Care. Good crew work diligently, well coordinated crew output.

Could not ask for a more professional service. Charles and his team can handle any size tree project you may have. Fun to watch and safety was top priority.

Professional, generous and reliable.
We have used Urban Arbor Care for a numerous amount of projects and they always show up in a timely manner, complete the job professionally and clean up after themselves. There isn’t a better company out there for your tree and clean up needs.

They were easy to work with and made this process simple. Good communication great knowledge and cost effective. 10/10 would come back.

This is a highly skilled group of people that really understand trees. They did an excellent job doing maintenance on my giant trees, as well as cleaning up the debris from the windstorm we had recently. The staff are professional, friendly, and most of all have safety in mind at all times.

Had 7 trees removed on a city property as well as properly trim two trees for load reduction. Charles and his crew did an excellent job safely and efficiently. All team members coordinated their efforts to complete the job in a timely and efficient manner.
We are extremely pleased with their service.
I would highly recommend Urban Arbor Care.

We bought a beautiful home last summer that had a very large, old maple tree right next to the house. This posed extreme danger to the home. Steve came out and gave us options, but recommended removal of the tree. The Urban Arbor Care team arrived right on time, and with great care and precision began dismantling the tree. The job was done in just over half a day and the cleanup was impeccable. I would not hesitate to give Urban Arbor Care my very highest recommendation. It is a pleasure to see a job so well done.

I had a great experience! I spoke with Charles several times before I made my decision to have them come out to assess the trees on my property. They were very helpful and gave me great tips to help my trees. I highly recommend them!

I’m a General Contractor and I always call Urban Arbor care every time my customers need pricing for tree removal. This time I’m the customer and I was impressed as always. Great pricing, great work, was very cautious of their surroundings, cleaned up and was very friendly. I will always recommend them they do amazing work, you won’t be disappointed

Wonderful and amazing 👏. I hired them to remove 10 trees because they had gotten too big for the lot. Their quote was lower than the two other quotes, and had the equipment and man power to remove the trees and clean everything up in under 8 hours. Great job 👏

We had an absolutely enormous White Maple that was hanging over our house and beginning to drop branches on our roof. Charles came in with a crew of 5 men at 8:30 and had the entire tree down and disposed of by 5:30pm. They had a spider lift and special tractor and plates on the lawn to transport the waste to the grinder. Well equipped, professional, friendly, kind, thorough and efficient. I have absolutely no complaints and was so impressed we tipped each one of the men gratefully.

Charles and Urban Arbor Care did a great job pruning some very large, very technical Elms for me. They have all the equipment and expertise necessary to take on projects from large Fir removals to technical pruning. Between having the most talented climber around and a spider lift they can pretty much get anywhere.

Charles and his crew at Urban Arbor Care have helped us countless time on our property. Taking hazardous trees out chipping the debris, hauling the wood where it needs to go and dropping chips where we needed them. They made cleanup very efficient and leave the property much better. Highly professional and keen to safety standards. These folks are amazing. I'd highly recommend

The crew did a terrific job of taking down my 80' Port Orford cedar that was badly drought-stressed. They used their initiative to get permission to remove debris via my neighbour's empty lot rather than dragging it 100' through my garden, and did a great cleanup, even in another neighbour's yard. All for a reasonable price, and such nice people! Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a new home that had several dangerous trees that needed to be addressed. Charles and his team were able to come help us very quickly. We had two large trees directly over the house removed and three large trees trimmed to reduce the danger in case of a storm. The entire process was outstanding and we couldn't be happier.

They sent an arborist out beforehand to walk us through all the options and create a plan that made us feel confident and informed. The crew was incredibly skilled, professional, and efficient. They showed up on time both days and immediately got to work. They had impressive equipment that made the job go quick and smooth, and the cleanup afterward was excellent. We had fragile fencing and plants all around the work area and not a single thing was damaged. I requested that the trunk wood be left for me to use as firewood and they stacked it neatly exactly where I wanted it.

We are extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree removal or arborist services.

Our neighbors collaborated with us to prune our individual HUGE Elm trees. Finding Urban Arbor Care was easy because all the other arborists I called recommended them for this job. I was amazed by how the tree workers in our community each have their own speciality and are not afraid to recommend one another.

Once working with Urban Arbor Care, I was extremely impressed with their communication, professionalism, efficiency and skilled tree work. They arranged to do both our trees in two days using 2 bucket lifts and operators, 1-4 climbers, and ground staff. Their pruning was more like surgery as they evaluated each branch and made informed choices which forks to cut. They did not take any major branches, but reduced the weight and girth of the canopy without sacrificing the beautiful shape or overall health of the trees. They navigated around the power lines safely and gracefully.

In addition to the workers being expert at their jobs, they were prompt, efficient, safe, communicative and willing to answer questions throughout the process. the clean up of all the branches, blowing the leaves and leaving us a nice big pile of chips was extraordinary!

They asked how we felt about the squirrel nests and were cautious not to disturb them, as we requested. Sure enough, as soon as they quit for the day, a squirrel made it home. Ahhh. We love our healthy trees and expect them to be happier and healthier.

Absolutely flawless execution along the process from estimate to work done. Thank you guys so much! Three large Birch trees removed.

Lance did a great job! Professional, quick turn around and great clean up! This is the 4th or 5th time, we have used LJ Tree Care in the last 20 years. Highly recommend!

I have been stunned by the level of care and attention to detail I receive every time I call LJ Tree Care. They are amazing and have been able to help me each time I've needed tree work done. They have also had the best rates around and continually asked considerably less than other companies for a stellar job. They have all the equipment needed to make quick work of cleaning up our 50 ft trees after storms caused damage. They are the best!

Lance came to our home and performed a substantial trim on our very large magnolia tree. It is probably 35 feet tall. He communicated well in regards to scheduling. He came when he said he'd come, not a minute late and he got busy quick. He did an amazing job at thinning out and trimming the tree. It looked like it was on its last leg because it had so many dead parts and was so overgrown, especially in the understory. It looks renewed and ready for another 40 years of growth. Much appreciated, Lance! It's not always a good experience hiring someone to do work on your property. There are a few bad apples who ruin things for the honest guys. Lance is one of the honest guys.
