We had a last minute schedule change and Cody was very understanding and graceful with us. When we did have our inspection, Cody was extremely thorough. He used a drone to inspect the roof, infrared, radon and mold testing. He also takes lots of pictures. I feel much better about the purchase of our home knowing that we had such a thorough inspection.

Charles was very thorough and explained all of his findings. The report is detailed and everything we need to move forward with confidence.

He spent over four hours carefully examining every detail of the home we were considering, and thanks to his diligence, we discovered that the house, while it initially appeared move-in ready, had several serious issues that we would’ve otherwise missed.
