We feel extremely fortunate to have found Nonprofit Home Inspections. It’s the rarest of rare to contract a service/consulting business that is so diligent, thorough, and supportive to your needs—and affordable. Charles Lewis, the company inspector we worked with, was incredibly detailed in his review, and informative about what was going on with the house we wanted to buy. When we had questions, he had answers; when we called for more information, he replied promptly. He and Nonprofit Home Inspections literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Why? Because a home we had become so fond of turned out to have many, serious, below the radar systemic problems. Problems that a different building inspection company six months earlier had missed! Our realtor said that the inspection report they produced was the most thorough and detailed she’d ever seen. (Yes, “thorough and detailed”again— can’t say it enough.) As we continue the somewhat stressful process of finding and buying a home, we feel better knowing that when the time comes we’ll use Nonprofit Home Inspections to put our minds at ease.

This week, we had Lee and Dylan complete inspections at two different properties- both did an excellent job. Each inspector has been thorough and detailed in their reporting, thoughtful in letting us know big and little things they notice around the property, and were exceptionally speedy with getting the report written and shared.

For those who want detail, these reports are often 40+ pages with pictures and descriptions. I’ve felt confident in the home buying and selling process based on these inspections. Will continue using this company for future projects.

Great installation, maybe a little extra money, our flooring guy was great. The in store folks don’t always know that much and repeat information a lot, but I 5-star the end result!

Your phone service sucks. I tried for 10 minutes to be able to speak to a HUMAN to confirm hours on Easter. Give an option to speak to a PERSON.

Outstanding & dedicated company.

United Garibay has been my go to contractor for my HVAC at work for 20+ years. They just installed a Ductless heat system in our offices and will route our geo thermal unit to our warehouse.

Still dealing with these guys over 4 years later. Disputing these charges still. I refuse to pay for services not done properly. Owner insisted the work was done correctly. But the system would shut down all the time. Barely worked at all after the so called repairs. At first he told me it was an easy fix. Then that turned into 1900 bill. Paid over 1100 dollars for nothing. I’ve never not paid for anything. But the way I was treated was very poor. He continued to insist in was done correctly but couldn’t tell me why the system was shutting down. My neighbor had a similar experience. He tried to charge her twice for the same repair because it wasn’t done correctly also.

Spent 1900 dollars with United Garibay and my heat pump never worked right. Less then year and half and I’m already calling another company to come out for more repairs. I gave the owner 1100 dollars for a 1900 job and the system never worked correctly. Then sent me to collections for the balance because I wouldn’t pay, and he was too unprofessional to make it right. So I ended up paying the balance of the 1900 dollars to collections and I’m still in the same boat I was in before I spent all that money. Expect my credit is shot now too. Save your money and call somebody else.

Expert service. Showed up on time and prepared. Would highly recommend.
