I had a furnace go out right after buying my house. I was serviced by Cool Heat, who came out and replaced the Furnace in a single day. They sent out two technicians that were very professional. They even had to move my water heater out of the way and didn't charge for it because it wasn't in my original quote.

Soon after they left, the furnace stopped working so I called them. The owner himself showed up that SAME DAY to diagnose the problem (loose wire from shipping, not their fault!) and now my house is back to being cozy and warm.

They are also very responsive and helpful over the phone, and always answered my phone calls when I called during business hours.

They were assigned through my home warranty, and were excellent. Easily fixed the problem, was very friendly, and answered all the questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Cool Heat was scheduled through a home warranty. Wade and Sebastian were on time and professional. They communicated clearly and worked with diligence and perseverance to complete a quality job quickly.

They canceled our scheduled appointment 3 times, over a period of 3 weeks. The last cancellation was for an appointment this week. We received the notice of cancellation, but they did not reschedule this time. When I finally got ahold of them, they said a technician had walked out and they were no longer scheduling appointments. This was to be the general servicing of our HVAC system. When I called another company to get this done, the earliest time they had was in March! Our home warranty company said this is the only company they have a contract with for Eugene. Landmark Home Warranty is the company we have a year’s contract with. When our year is up, we are done with them also.

Wade came out and checked my heating system, and knew exactly what it needed! My system was really messed up from the people who installed it. They didn’t do it correctly or even install heat strips, however Wade from Cool Heat Heating and Cooling came out was very professional and very thorough and got, my whole system fixed now it’s warm in my house! Thank you Wade!

Wade drove from Eugene to Forest Grove after being scheduled thru my home warranty. I'll keep it short and simple, this highly experienced Journeyman and owner of the business is by far the best I've seen at this craft. I personally am a 17 year Journeyman in the electrical field, I've seen a few others to compare. Problem solved in a timely fashion.

We had our indoor furnace leak water over this last hot wknd, called Cool Heat and the owner Wade came out today and fixed the problem! Such a nice man and very professional. I highly recommend his services and business!

I have used Wades business for many years, and I can only say good things about his business. Many times he has even worked late when a tenants furnace had to be replaced, Recently, something went wrong with my air conditioner, he diagnosed it and replaced the fan motor right away. He an his crew have always been professional and do excellent quality work.

We have a home warranty company who hired these guys to fix our furnace on December 30th. On January 22nd we got a text that they finally ordered the "correct part". That's 24 days after they were given the job in the middle of Winter! We can't get ahold of these guys on the phone. I called the home warranty company and they couldn't contact these guys either. However, the warranty folks were able to find out that the "part" is expected on February 4th. That will be 37 days without a furnace in Winter!
Stay warm and use someone else!!!

Was assigned this company thanks to our home warranty due to our AC going out. Very prompt service on their part, despite having to wait for the home warranty company to send them the compressor to replace the failed one. Everybody from this company we interacted with (2 techs and I assume the same rep on the phones) were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this company! During a heating failure of our HVAC system, they were recommended to us by a major company. We had 3-5 inches of snow surrounding our home and they said they would be able to come to our aide in 48 hrs that noone else could match. The owner himself showed up early for our appointment. He took careful time to evaluate and explain to me each system as he did his discovery process. Once he found the problem there was no "upselling". He got us operational, improved our settings for better, more efficient, comfort, all at a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Knowledgeable, fast service, at a fair price. If you have a service or installation company you are using or looking for, this company should be your first call! The best!

They fixed our refrigerator and washing machine for a fraction of what it would cost to replace. Very nice and professional people too.

Repairman came in, wasn't wearing a mask. When asked to, he threw the disposable mask at me and stormed out. I won't be using or recommending a company that employs people who don't care about public health.

Came and worked on my washing machine. Was professional and showed integrity in their repairs and even though the trainee broke something, they made sure it was fixed before they left. Definitely recommend!

Had a repairman come out to fix my freezer. He actually showed up within the 2 hour time window they gave me, and he was very friendly and he explained the problem to me. He didn't have the exact part he needed to complete the fix, but he made an immediate appointment to come back within 2 days with the part, and he gave me a smaller window of time to expect him to arrive by!

Stop and call them now if you have an appliance that needs fixed. We've used them multiple times in the past few years for our washer and dryer. They are always kind, professional, knowledgable and punctual! We are so glad to have found them and won't go anywhere else!!
