Chris and his team were wonderful. They have great prices, knowledgeable and efficient technicians, and everyone was very professional. We will definitely go back.

We called looking for advice on a Samsung washing machine having issues. Michael took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone and pointed me in the right direction. If the "do-it-yourself" job fails I will definitely be bringing in the professional. Thanks Michael!

HUGE shoutout from Stoneybrook Assisted Living!! Thank you so much for fixing our steam table on short notice! You guys absolutely rock!

Definitely overpriced. Would not recommend.
Charged $188 + $20 shipping for a $50 part that takes literally 5 minutes to remove and replace. Charged $200 to come out and make 5 minute repair. $355 total repair cost. -
We have had AAA Quality Appliance Care come out for multiple Appliances over the years. They are honest, fair priced and quality people. We highly recommend them.

Regis and another young man in training arrived on time and were very friendly. They worked on the leak in my fridge while I got to clean all those parts we dont see very often until you pull them out! He even swept the wall and under the fridge when they pulled it out.
Price was honestly less than HALF of what I expected to pay. Wow factor there for sure.
Not many places deserve five stars. AAA Quality Appliance Care does. -
Not impressed. Neither my contractor, electrician or I was impressed by their work. I am not sure how long I paid him to trouble shoot the fact that the breaker was off when he was the one who had turned it off and forgotten to turn it back on. He didn't fix the problem with my counter top range and vent hood and told me the problem needed an electrician. My electrician fixed it in a matter of minutes and told me that it wasn't the wiring, it was the switch - an appliance technician should have figured this out. Later that day I found out my microwave isn't working. Fishy? Maybe not, but I will not be calling AAA Appliance Repair.

Best Service Ever! Michael was on time, was very professional and friendly and fixed my dryer in no time at all. I highly recommend. Happy to know I now have a "Go to" company for my appliance repairs.

Our tech Nick was pleasant and knowledgeable. Fixed my steam table the same day. Thanks guys. Keep up the excellent work.

Quick, efficient service. The technician was very friendly as well. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is $75 for something that took him 20 minutes and he told me was a very easy repair seems rather steep, but I'd still probably use them again for the reasons mentioned.

Mitchell was a very competent, efficient and quick easy going person and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. Because he didn't need to do any diagnostics, he waved that portion of the fee. Who does that anymore? Terrific experience!

I had a 25 year old kitchenaid mixer that my mom had given me. I dropped it and it broke apart. They went above and beyond and fixed it for me . The mixer is very special to me so I was so happy they could fix it. They are a grest company and to have someone that cares about your story behind your appliance is such a rare thing . I would highly recommend them

After waiting a week for my appointment, the technician just came out to my house spent less than 2 minutes and told me the problem was the vent in my dryer and AAA Quality Appliance Care does not do vents. The technician gave me a 10% coupon for someone who takes care of vents, charged me for the visit and was on his way. As a company that advertises servicing dryers I find it ludicrous that a problem as common as venting is not something that they service. When I expressed my frustration about the fact that I felt I was being ripped off and would share my experiences with realtor colleagues, I was told that if I was in the real estate business than I should be making enough money that paying for this terrible service should not bother me.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were hired to fix my fridge and I gave permission to enter without me present. When I arrived home I discovered the technician had taken my new, light-colored bath towel from the bathroom and used it to soak up dirty water and debris in the kitchen. They left it stained, covered in gunk, and soaking wet in a pile next to the fridge. This is so disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright rude.
I gave permission for them to enter my home, not to use/misuse my personal items. I would have been way more forgiving if the tech had communicated at all--left a note saying “sorry I used your bath towel” instead of just leaving a dirty, soggy mess on the floor. And why doesn’t a company that fixes fridges have their own soaker towels?!
I emailed the company to let them know what happened and ask for them to purchase me a new towel. They never even bothered responding. And the day after they "fixed" the fridge I awoke to find everything inside frozen solid. I will NEVER use their services again and I would caution others against hiring them as well. -
AAA always comes through for us! Professional techs, repair turnaround is generally quick, and I trust the advice they give me when it comes to repair or replace. We recently went through a total disaster with a warranty repair company, and AAA had to come in and save us from the disaster the other company created. Have used AAA for years and will continue to!

AAA Appliance scheduled my appointment in a timely manner when others were over a month out. Technician was a very young but knowledgeable man. Took care of my refrigerator problem. Would definitely recommend AAA Appliance.

Mike has been over to our house to fix our refrigerator on two occasions (two years apart) and he is GREAT. He is able to quickly diagnose and identify the problem, and carefully explains what malfunctioned and what he is doing to fix it. In response to some questions, he even explained how a refrigerator works! Fantastic job - I'm very pleased.

Our dryer broke and I had no idea who to call, so I contacted AAA Quality Appliance Care. They were able to come out 5 days after I called (and could have possibly come out sooner but that was when worked best for me). When the repairman came he was extremely friendly and told me step by step what he was doing. He also told me upright how much the parts would cost. When he found what was broken (a burnt micro-chip thing) he did not have the exact part on hand, but he did manage to manipulate a similar part into working so that my dryer did actually work until he got in the part that I needed. He came back a week later and then did the final fixes. I was given a cost estimate of a maximum of $250.00 for the labor plus the parts and the price ended up being lower than the estimate he gave me, $225.00. Overall I felt that the company was very helpful and nice and I did not feel that I was taken advantage of in any way. Another bonus is that they accept credit card payments instead of just cash. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance to be fixed.

Appointment was for 9-10am, charges $64.95 service fee plus $20 per 1/4 hour(every 15 minutes of work).
No call and no repairman at 9:40. Called to check in and was told that the repairman will be here at 10 as he was just finishing up a job 25 minutes away(not sure how he would make it by 10am if he is working in another town). At 9:55 they call me back to tell me that he us still at the previous job and that it would 11am. She asked if that would work, I asked her to hold; I needed to check with with the person who is waiting for the repairman so she can get to work, she then just said, "ok great, I will let the repairman know." I then stopped her and asked her again to hold so I can check with a family member. It was then agreed that the repairman would be here at 11am. 11:15, 11:20, 11:25.... Still no call, no repairman. They finally arrived at 11:35 and got to work at 11:40. At 12:13pm(33 minutes later) it had been decided that it's a board issue(expensive part). He explains the charges, 45 minutes (?? Huh)of work plus the service charge. He explains he is going to only charge 20 minutes of the work time since they were late(1 hour 40 minutes late). Oh and to top it off, after we paid for the service and work, we were tgen informed that the person who issues the receipts is out of the office for awhile so we won't see a receipt for where I or so. No repair, late service, no receipt.... Did it actually happen? I am $85 broke but nothing to show for it, not even a statement, work order or receipt.
The repairman were very friendly once on the property and wore masks. Business wise, the COMPANY could use customer service training including communications. -
Michael was by far the smartest and most courteous service person I've experienced. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and he was very professional. My appliances are in good hands, I'm glad I found this company.
