I had two other companies come out to look at the AC unit at my rental in Eugene. Both were large companies, and all they did was try to sell me a whole new system without really checking anything.

Then I called Chris—he actually took the time to properly diagnose the system, found the real issue, and fixed it. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and it’s clear he has tons of experience.

Chris and Bryce did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. Replacing an old unit, installation was efficient and precise. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated Chris’ explanation of the programming of the thermostat. I would highly recommend Chris and Bryce for expertise, effort, attention to detail and their cheerful attitude.

I bought a filter . Was checking out a damaged machine . I asked how much and instead of a professional answer of im not able to sale you one due to no license.
The sales rep named a ridiculous price for damaged equipment stating its a good machine smerking in a degrading way. I rather not feel that way in the morning and me and many other people have chosen to use online shopping. For price and coveniance.. customer service is aprantly dead here I will not give my little bit of money here. Every sale should count

Mitch is the man, forget priority - one and go with the smaller business. I'm not sure if this is a new company or just works on word of mouth but after dealing with priority one heating and then mitch at magestic, the difference was astounding. He's a kind personable professional who knows his stuff!
