Doug came out to our property within 40 minutes of our initial call. He did a thorough review of our electrical issue, took measurements, and provided a detailed contract proposal that we accepted. Doug was very polite and just wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Reynolds Electric.

We needed our bathroom fan replaced and it was able to be done the same day we called. Mike did a great job. He was courteous and thorough. He was also very informative about the issue and what was needed.

Our hot water heater went belly up one afternoon, and Reynolds came to the rescue, quickly and cheerfully. They came out the same day, late afternoon, to diagnose the problem, and returned the next day to install a new hot water heater. Problem solved within just over 24 hours, and every step of the way, they kept us well-informed. My only quibble is the price was pretty steep. But it was worth it to us to receive such high-quality, time-sensitive service.

Brandon from Reynolds came out to address my problem with the lights going out in my garage. I was very impressed by his professional and friendly manner. Being a carpenter for 50 years, I have worked behind many electricians, but the crew from Reynolds Electric were, by far, the very best I’ve ever seen. A whole house rewire on a 1944 knob and tube hybrid took but 5 days and everyday they cleaned up their mess superbly! Ran into many issues as the house had 2 additions over the years, but worked right through them. Kudos for Reynolds Electric!

Rich was able to take out my garbage disposal and fix it right up with a quickness. He explained to keep an eye on it for leaks as it settle.

Brandon was quick and so knowledgeable. He showed me where we were having issues and showed us many options. He brought attention to some safety issues he came into and it made complete since. I was happy with how quick, personable and efficient he was.
