Cole did a great job fixing our underground water pipe leak. His work was fast and highly professional and we are confident in the quality of his work. The project was in two phases and he returned for the second phase late in the day (working until dark) to make sure it was completed before the weekend. Our contacts with the receptionist and scheduler were also very professional. I couldn't have been more impressed with the entire service.

Kevin was very professional and thorough..he went above and beyond to look at our system through a camera and explain in detail what was going on. We just had a clogged kitchen sink drain (which he was able to unclog quickly)

Reynolds was an Angie's List contact for me. They called me almost immediately and the appointment was for the following day. The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem immediately and provided me the reassurance I needed. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I am very impressed by this company. I like the way they do things and give you a fixed price on the work they’re going to do, without adding charges after the fact. Also, they can take care of not only electrical work, but also plumbing and HVAC work. They’re very professional and we were very pleased with Nick the technician they sent out. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and showed us where the problems are in our 50 yr. old house. We had a great experience with this company. ***** (5 stars)

Had two wall heating/AC units that were working but barely blowing anything out. Alex Carnevale arrived early which was great and checked the two units. We recently rented the house and unaware that the filters in the units had not been cleaned prior to our move in. He removed the filters and cleaned them and also provided me with instructions and valuable information on how to maintain the units for maximum efficiency. I'm happy to report that it's finally warm inside. Great job!!

I had a fantastic experience with Reynolds. I was working on a tight timeline and had a electrical safety issue with an antiquated ceiling heat system. They had a tech to me within 24 hours who was able to disconnect power at the breaker box and make the home safe to stay in.

Everyone at Reynolds was awesome to work with! The customer service rep was very polite and responsive. I received multiple text messages regarding when my service tech would arrive. Once he did arrive, he also was very polite and very thorough in his explanation of what he had done and what needs to be done in the future. I thought their pricing was fair.

Colton did a great job and the work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend using Reynolds.

Eric was absolutely phenomenal! Courteous, profession and thorough. He handled my toddlers inundating him with a million and one questions like a champion, while working on our HVAC system the entire time. Would highly recommend Reynolds and Eric to anyone!

We really appreciated Parker coming out this afternoon to troubleshoot our electrical issues. He figured out the problem very quickly and was able to explain it to both my husband and I so we could better understand should it happen again. He was very friendly , polite, kind, professional, and helpful. What a nice young man who truly knows his profession. We are grateful that Reynolds Electric could get someone out so quickly and we were notified of who was coming with a photo and their arrival. Great experience!! Nick took his time assessing our electrical issues and was very thorough. He was prompt and very respectful. He was relaxed and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions. Reynolds has a great text messaging system so that you know when they are in the way as well as confirming and communicating prior to appointment. The office staff are also friendly and dependable. We plan to proceed with recommended repairs and will
post again after our job is complete!

I could not asked for a better experience. With a number of options available, I settled on Reynolds for my electrical problem. Great decision. Parker was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. He explained issues in terms I could understand and solved the problem quiickly and efficiently. I also give high marks for to Reynolds for high level communication - the text messages were most appriciated.

Hank and his associate, James, were amazing! They went above expectations installing our sink and faucet. They were great communicators that let us know in advance any potential issues . They were exceptionally clean with their work too . Hank looks young for his age but don’t let this fool you . He really knows his plumbing and has a lot of experience . I will certainly request Hank and James at Reynolds for our next plumbing project . Everyone at Reynolds front office were very nice as well . I’m glad we hired them :-)

installed mini split and had hard time getting anybody to even look at unit, Jim explained cause fixed unit and charge half of what other co. quoted, even was available to talk on Christmas ev. superior customer service.

I have known Brian and used his services for many years. They are super dependable... They arrive when they promise to. They don't leave until everything is completed and running well. That's what I'm looking for!
I don't think you can find anyone more knowledgeable and qualified as Brian, Brandon and their Team.

Had James Heating and A/C come out for a air duct inspection under my house. Jake did such a good job informing me of any issues and ended up fixing a duct that popped off and secured it at no extra cost. Thank you guys for your help and knowledge. Very much appreciate it.

Excellent and timely service. Very important when the temps are below 50 most days. The gentlemen diagnosed the problem in my furnace, grabbed the part the following day and it's fixed! Pricing was fair and the customer service was outstanding.I will be calling them back for any other needs I have in the future.
