Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

We had a great experience using Northstar softwash to clean our driveway. They were very easy to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner. The results were better then expected and we would recommend them to everyone

Company was quick to provide a quote and scheduled our roof and house cleaning within a week. They took extra care to protect our fish pond from debris and spray. The cost of the cleaning was significantly cheaper than the two other companies we received quotes from. Will definitely use them again.

Justin did a great job on our driveway! Courteous, on time, final bill was what we agreed on. I would recommend and use Northstar again.

Exceptional work quality. Provided a complete review of what they found with the roof (they do not do roof repairs) during their cleaning process. Very professional company, would highly recommend them for all your roof gutter, and outer housing cleaning needs.

I have dealt with many contractors and vendors in my lifetime. So trust me I appreciate when I get someone who does the job you wanted, is professional, trustworthy and you know your dealing with someone who cares and not just put to make a buck! I would definitely recommend Justin and Jerrot at Northstar!

Justin and his crew did a great job power-washing the front of my house, and Justin was very communicative throughout. 5 stars!

Justin and his crew showed up on time and did a tremendous job and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend him and his company for my friends. I already have to our neighbor. Great job!

Justin was professional, timely, and provided the service he said he would provide when he said he would. My driveway looks a lot better than it did before he worked on it. It was a pleasure to work with him.

The owner was very professional and polite. He got my job scheduled very quickly and showed up on time. He did a great job cleaning my gutters and ensured all debris on the ground was taken care of. Will use Northstar Softwash again.

Justin worked hard to get years of grime off our sidewalks, driveway, and patios. He has the equipment to get the job done well. We are very pleased with his work.

Huge thank you to Northstar Softwash for taking care of my dirty driveway. Justin also took the time to get rid of cobwebs and other build up on my home. Highly recommend Justin and his team. Summer is right around the corner so get scheduled while you can!

Justin and his coworker did a great job cleaning my gutters. He scheduled quickly, was reasonably priced and worked diligently to provide excellent service! I highly recommend them.

Justin and his team are rock stars! I scheduled last minute to prepare a home for a real estate listing and Justin made it happen. They showed up on time and the results were fantastic. Thanks Justin!

The Northstar Softwash Team did a great job cleaning out my gutters, cleaning my roof and pressure washing my driveway. They have exceptional service, show up on time, and the work they do is fantastic. Will recommend to others.

I walked by a neighbor's house, and Justin was on the roof cleaning gutters and the roof. I asked if he could look at my place because the gutters were not draining properly, and, two hours later, he had water flowing again. It was providential that he was in the neighborhood, and that he could get to our house so quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism and manners, and I thought his price was very reasonable.

This is definitely the company to go with if you need cleaning done on the outside of your house! Showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning my gutters. The job was done quickly and with care. They were very thorough and professional. My expectations were far exceeded.

Northstar Softwash provided excellent customer service by arriving on time as scheduled.

Northstar Softwash left my roof and gutters professionally cleaned as well as took a few pictures to show me a cracked shingles/ridge cap piece that a roofing company could correct.

My roof and gutters were cleaned as if my home was their own home. Care was shown and concern for longevity was top priority.

Thank you,
DML

Justin was quick to respond to my inquiry for a estimate and completed it within one day. On the day of service he showed up on time and did a great job. He moved all the furniture and flower pots before he started and put it all back when he finished. I would highly recommend Justin for any of your power washing needs, he was awesome!

Justin took the time to answer all of our questions before we accepted the bid for our project. They showed up on time and completed the job within the estimated time frame. Justin and crew did a beautiful job removing years of moss on several patios and walkways. They took great care with our home and garden and left all areas clean and free of debris. Would highly recommend them.

Had Justin with his Crew taking care of my driveaway yesterday. Got him on a short notice. Arrived at 9 am sharp as promised. Amazing job! Never thought pressure washing could be some kind of Art. The whole area looks, now, like if a concrete job has been done just few days ago. Comparing to the area behind the fence, it's like Day & Night. Smells sterile like in a hospital as the guys made some special "safe to animals and people" treatment. What the right equipment, and years of experience can do! I would've worked myself for 3+ days to get the same results with my tools. Now, looking for the NorthStar guys to clean my roof. I didn't clean it for some time as I was afraid the pressure washing would harm the tile. The last time I had it done, a roof leak started in the Fall. Justin explained to me the gentle method they use would be completely different story.

I called them and they came right out. Very professional. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend Northstar Softwash for all your clean up needs. Great service, great price, great job!!
